This team moved my piano, couch, hutch, bedframe, arm chairs, mattress, boxes and made it fit in a small PackRat 8 footer. They made it fit in the container like Hermoine's bag (Harry Potter reference). No walls or furniture damaged. Team was respectful to one another. Clean language. On time arrival and departure. The group from Connor moving was really prompt (in fact they were a bit earlier than expected) and kind. They were flexible to deal with our weird hilly driveway situation. They weren’t the most careful or speedy. I was expecting to get a lot more moved in the same amount of time given my experience with previous movers (even with our weird driveway situation). There were lots of times I found junior staff standing around waiting to be told what to do. Most concerning was how often I had to tell them to watch a corner of a piece of furniture, or to take care of a leg being dragged on the ground or to put a blanket against the dolly when strapping it to furniture—basic moving practices. They left several big gouges in our walls and hand rails on the stairs and I can only imagine the state our furniture will be in when we unpack. I think the senior staff was fine but the junior staff needs much more training. They should also better figure out who is strong enough to carry which furniture (I often had to jump in to help a couple members lift or balance or support something as it went around the corner or on to the truck). I don’t expect everyone on a moving team to be really strong, but I do expect the team to figure out how to divvy up the work appropriately so everyone’s effective (and nothing gets dropped or bumps against walls).

These guys were gentleman and were on time ready to go. They arranged loading our POD and I didn’t have to tell them anything. Total professionals. They treated our property like it was theirs. I told both of the movers I wish I could take you to San Diego to unload the PODS and help us move into our new home. I am very pleased with the movers and I would rate them achieving and exceeding my expectations. Couldn’t have asked for better service as they knew exactly what to do. My advise is to have all the tarps and tie down straps available for the movers along with the cellophane plastic before the movers start. That’s what I prepared and the professional movers do and did the rest... I am pleased. Thank you

They were very professional, fast workers and all were very kind. They were early but jumped right in to help get everything packed and done on time. They were very careful with our things and even dusted where needed. I would definitely recommend them and will certainly use them on our next move!

We had three young men assigned to our move from MovingZoom. They were incredibly efficient, hard-working, and capable. They had all the furniture from our downstairs packed into the POD liked a jigsaw puzzle, as well as all our upstairs furniture moved to the lower level for our remodel in only 3 hours! I had booked 4 hours anticipating that it would take longer, especially after a painfully long previous moving experience with a different company. Highly recommended!

The two guys that showed up Brian and Carlos did an amazing job! They showed up on time and did an amazing job of packing the uhaul efficiently and carefully. I made the mistake of getting too small a uhaul and they were able to make it all fit without cramming. Super grateful for their skills. Highly recommend these nice gentlemen.
