Highly rate this team. They showed up on time and got the job done. They were very proactive with communication and showed up with 4 guys ready to do the work. I used them to load up my home into two pods that were going into storage. You could tell they had experiences loading these containers and were very methodical with their approach.

Vlad and Akay from A2B Movers were fabulous! They were on time, organized, careful, efficient, and dealt easily with a rolling rack whose wheel broke off. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Moved fast but were rough with furniture, dragging items.

They were good at communicating availability and arranged to come at a time where it would not be raining. They were careful not to damage property or the dwelling. They were very accommodating about helping move items in the places we wanted them. They came supplied with materials and used them as needed to ensure safe moving of belongings. They were fast and respectful of the time allotted. I would use them again.

Only brought 1 dolly instead of 2, which would've doubled their efficiency. They were relatively slow and didn't seem to have a desire to hustle at all. I was concerned that they were going to take longer than the allotted 2 hours, which frankly, I couldn't have afforded. They were nice though and did make efforts to wrap and protect my furniture with moving blankets. The packing of the pod was a bit concerning as well since they packed everything to the ceiling in the back, but since the pod was only half full, my dad and I had to create a rope barrier to keep everything from shifting and/or toppling during transit due to the abundance of open space at the front of the pod. One would think that they may have assessed what was needing to be moved more carefully and practiced better space management. They were on time and communicated when they were going to arrive. Noy sure I would use them again, especially for the cost.

They were very hardworking and efficient, pitched in to help in any way to keep the process moving forward, - ie: wrapping items that needed more protection or security in the van etc. The moving van was very well packed, items efficiently placed for their protection and space consideration. Yes, I would use their services again.

My movers were wonderful. Orlando and Tay worked steadily and efficiently to move my belongings into the POD container I rented, making sure to protect and secure everything so it could survive the move/storage. They took apart both beds and carried really awkward and heavy furniture all while staying positive and friendly. They made a stressful day more peaceful through their compassion and work ethic. Thank you!

They came promptly at the start time, were extremely efficient and hardworking. They finished the job in a little over half the time I had thought it would take and didn’t scratch or break anything. Very professional and nice guys too.

TC Family Movers were amazing! I thought they would work quickly, but had no idea how quickly! They came about 30 minutes early, which was quite a surprise! However in the end, I was glad they did so because then I had more time to prepare for the cleaners who came 3 hours later. The men were very polite and respectful. I would definitely use them again if I were in their area. The only thing that was a problem, was my misunderstanding of "Helper." In the past, movers have also put things into boxes for me, if needed. I worked very hard to get everything ready for TC Family Movers but I hadn't packed up half a book shelf, some things in the bathroom and kitchen dishes and pantry. I asked one of the men to put some binders in a box and he said that he could take them off the shelf, but due to liability, he could not put them in a box and actually pack them for me. I didn't expect this. I had actually counted on them helping me finish packing. I thought that's what HireAHelper means. But actually they only move boxes and things out to the PODS or truck. The customer has to be completely packed; which, of course, is ideal. But it didn't happen that way this time. I'm not taking off any stars for this because the movers were really good. But HireAHelper's website led me to think that if the job took more time and I needed them to do other stuff, that it would cost more; which would not have been a problem. I really needed everything out of the house so the cleaners could clean it that afternoon, as there was a walk-through with the landlord in the evening. After TC Family Movers left, I felt really confused, frustrated and abandoned. I really needed their help with packing. Perhaps it is my misunderstanding with HireAHelper. If I use HireAHelper again, I will definitely clarify this point with them.

Lewis Moving Company sent me two people to help me with my move, Antwon and George. There was quite a lot of stuff to move - 2 queen beds, a sectional couch, 1 flight of stairs to maneuver, as well as 20 or so boxes to be moved. I also had a pickup truck booked, which was not enough space, and so booked a 10-foot UHaul truck as well. I will say this - both Antwon and George were exceptionally good in their work. They went out of their way to make the move as timely and effective as possible. I frankly cannot imagine anyone doing a better job than what these two fellas did. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Awesome experience !!!

No one likes to move however, Petes’s Moving makes the ordeal tolerable and you really feel the security and trust! Thanks again!

Super quick, well equipped, arrived on time, personable, respectful and very professional!

Could have been better. Would have been nice to know one less person was showing up before they actually showed up. There was quite a bit of lag and standing around but the job got done at the end.
