They did an excellent job packing my items in my POD. They came prepared, and were knowledgeable about packing. I’d recommend them as a great company to work with.

Very professional. Came in on time. Handled my two vanities from lower level to the second level with total care. Services provided is worth more than what i paid. Very satisfied. Strongly recommend!

The guys were helpful, did their job carefully. However the move ended up quite costly and using hirehelper.com is not cost effective if you move from one area to another and having to pay 140 per hour when guys are driving their car on freeway to help unloading on the on the other end. They were not allowed to drive the uhaul so we did and ended up paying around 1200 total and our move was only partial. With service fee and extra fee for flight of stairs, the initial fee also turns out rather high.

On time. Friendly. Courteous. Adhered to COVID precautions. Efficient. Good team work. We’d use Noah & Kev again if we had to!

Please for 2 missing solid oak shelves, the book case arrived without them.

2nd time using them. They did a great job. What I most like is if you suggest or ask them to do something they really try to accommodate you.

Gregory and Pablo had knowledge of breaking down are furniture and re assembling, the professionalism they showed and there wonderful personality was the greatest, we would use Bay Area Moving & Storage again if we ever need there services and will request Gregory and Pablo by name, are fromal neighbor will be using them for her move. I couldn't have asked for better moving labor help. Stayed in contact with me before appointment, and updated me with time of arrival. Everyone was very polite, courteous and easy to talk to.James does a walk through to ensure he knows what you want done, and everyone asks questions if they have any. James and the team do a couple walk throughs during the move and before they leave to ensure everything was done to your satisfaction.They handled my items carefully and were not in a hurry. Moving sucks, but James B Moving Co makes it as convenient and painless as possible. I highly recommend James B Moving Co. They were on time, prepared for the job, worked hard, and were very respectful of my home and goods.

The guys that unloaded my POD were very efficient and put things where I instructed them to. They were on time and worked hard even moving furniture after it was placed. They were respectful of both me and my property. I would use this company again to move me.

The two workers arrived on time ready to work. One worker was more experienced than the other whom he was training. There were a few instances when the training worker almost dropped a box or two trying to work a little too fast. Thankfully he was caught by the experienced worker. I would use them again, would have liked it if they were uniformly dressed with name tags though.

Some problems with loading the POD; however, unload was great. Resolution regarding problems with the loading of the POD are being addressed by the owner, Lucas.

TC Family Movers arrived on time and completed the job requested. I would definitley hire them again.

The day prior to the move, I tried calling Lewis Moving Company to confirm but was unsuccessful in reaching a live person. The appointment was set for 9am-10am. 10 am came and when, no movers and no phone call. I was able to reach the movers at one of the 2 company phone number. They was running 20 minutes late. I called hireahelper.com and was told that they will try to reach them. If they didn't show they would arrange for another mover. I was asked by the Operator/Customer Service Representative "what do I want them to do". I WANT MOVERS! Lewis Moving did show up at 10:15, and apologize for being late. With only a dolly, I was expecting blankets and ropes to protect/secure the furniture. I later learned that I had to request item individually. The web list only shows what is available, not what they will bring. With many moves under my belt, I could tell rookies from the pros. Once I showed what all had to be move, they got right to work. The truck was packed well, nothing was broken. Several close calls with the rain spout but no impact. To make up for last time, we helped in with the load/unload. The MOVE was completed 30 minutes ahead of schedule. Had to take the movers back to the old address because they forgot to take their dolly. All in all, it was an satisfactory experience with a bit of suspense. I would recommend based on the physical move and not for showing up on time. I did get a 5% refund for the inconvenience.
