Official Rules
1. INTRODUCTION: MovingPlace, LLC (“MovingPlace” or “Sponsor”) is offering eligible entrants the chance to win a promotional credit toward a qualifying local move (the “Sweepstakes”).
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID IN NEW YORK, FLORIDA, AND WHERE OTHERWISE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding New York and Florida, who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older. Entrants must provide origin and destination ZIP codes for a move that is no more than fifty (50) miles and is serviceable through the MovingPlace marketplace. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Sponsor, Porch Group, Inc., Porch.com, Inc., their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliates, and any agencies involved in administering or promoting the Sweepstakes are not eligible. Immediate family members and household members of those individuals are also ineligible. “Immediate family” means a spouse, parent, child, sibling, and each of their respective spouses. Eligibility is subject to verification by Sponsor.
3. TIMING: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on August 24, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on November 8, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes Period consists of twelve (12) weekly entry periods (each, a “Weekly Entry Period”). Each Weekly Entry Period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. PT on Monday and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on the following Sunday. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
4. TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit https://www.movingplace.com/free-move-monday and complete and submit the entry form with all required information, including the entrant’s name, email address, telephone number, origin ZIP code, destination ZIP code, and tentative move date. Entrants must agree to these Official Rules before submitting an entry.Limit one (1) entry per person during the entire Sweepstakes Period. An entry will be included only in the drawing for the Weekly Entry Period in which it is received. Entries do not carry over to later Weekly Entry Periods, and entrants may not enter again after submitting an entry.Before each drawing, Sponsor will determine which entries received during the applicable Weekly Entry Period satisfy these Official Rules. One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during that Weekly Entry Period.Consent to receive marketing emails, telephone calls, or text messages is optional and is not required to enter or win.Automated, incomplete, inaccurate, duplicate, fraudulent, or otherwise noncompliant entries are void. By entering, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding, subject to applicable law.
5. WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION, AND ODDS: One potential winner will be selected for each Weekly Entry Period, generally on the Monday following the close of that Weekly Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable Weekly Entry Period.Sponsor will notify the potential winner by email within five (5) business days after the drawing. The potential winner must respond within five (5) business days and complete and return Sponsor’s Winner Declaration of Eligibility and Liability Release within the time specified by Sponsor. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not timely respond, declines the prize, fails to complete the required documentation, or is found ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries. A potential winner is not a confirmed winner until Sponsor completes the verification process.
6. PRIZE AND REDEMPTION: One prize is available for each Weekly Entry Period. Each prize is a promotional credit of up to $1,999 toward one qualifying local move booked through the MovingPlace marketplace (the “Credit”). The approximate retail value of each prize is $1,999. Assuming twelve (12) Weekly Entry Periods, the total approximate retail value of all prizes is $23,988.The Credit may be applied to eligible charges for local full-service moving services or labor-only moving services booked as a single qualifying order, including the $5,000 tier of SmartProtection® Coverage. If a winner selects a higher SmartProtection® Coverage limit, the winner is responsible for the additional cost above the $5,000 tier. SmartProtection® Coverage is not insurance and is subject to its separate terms and conditions. A winner must call 425-696-0737 and complete a qualifying booking within thirty (30) days after accepting the prize. The Credit applies only to a move that is booked and scheduled after the winner accepts the prize and may not be applied retroactively to a move that has already been completed or is in progress at the time of prize acceptance. The move must be completed within six (6) months after prize acceptance. The Credit is single-use, nontransferable, and not redeemable for cash. If eligible charges are less than $1,999, the unused amount is forfeited. If eligible charges exceed $1,999, the winner is responsible for the difference, including any cost to upgrade SmartProtection® Coverage above the $5,000 tier, and for all taxes, fees, surcharges, tolls, gratuities, incidentals, and other amounts not covered by the Credit. A valid payment card may be required. The Credit may not be combined with another discount, credit, or promotional offer unless Sponsor approves otherwise in writing. Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to MovingPlace’s applicable policies. Any cancellation or rescheduling fees may be deducted from the Credit. MovingPlace operates a marketplace of independent moving service providers and does not guarantee the availability of any particular provider. If a selected provider becomes unavailable, MovingPlace will use reasonable efforts to assist the winner in selecting another available provider. No assignment, transfer, or substitution of a prize is permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Each winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Prize redemption and moving services are also subject to MovingPlace’s applicable customer terms. If those terms conflict with these Official Rules concerning the administration of the Sweepstakes, these Official Rules control.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS: All prizes properly claimed in accordance with these Official Rules will be awarded.Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to publish the winner’s first name, last initial, city and state of residence, and prize won for purposes of announcing and administering the Sweepstakes, without additional compensation. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Porch Group, Inc., Porch.com, Inc., their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of a prize, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, corrupted, delayed, or misdirected entries or communications, or for technical, network, telephone, hardware, software, or human errors. Sponsor may disqualify an entrant who violates these Official Rules, tampers with the entry or selection process, submits false information, uses automated entry methods, or otherwise attempts to obtain an unfair advantage. Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, legal requirements, or circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impair the integrity or operation of the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is terminated early, Sponsor may select winners from eligible entries received before termination. If any advertising or other promotional material conflicts with these Official Rules, these Official Rules control, provided that this provision does not limit any rights available under applicable law.
8. PRIVACY: Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, communicate with entrants and winners, prevent fraud, award prizes, and comply with legal obligations. Information will be handled in accordance with the Porch Moving Group Privacy Policy.Marketing communications will be sent only as disclosed at the point of collection and subject to the entrant’s optional consent and applicable law.
9. DISPUTES: These Official Rules and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.Any action arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington. Each entrant consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
