Your guys were GREAT! I would recommend that to anyone. I will not and would not recommend PODS. This was the worse move EVER. Also the company that the guys came through was impossible to get in touch with. The guys loading and unloading the POD were the best part of the move.

Guys arrived on time & worked very hard. They achieved everything in 2 hours that I thought may take 3 hours, I’d certainly use them again!

Daniel and his team arrived early. His team began loading everything immediately. They worked fast and efficiently. The job was completed earlier than expected. Daniel and his team are truly Excellent Movers! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends. Great job!!

We were incredibly impressed with Rigo's helpers, Jacob and Javier. They were friendly, respectful, and willing to help in every way. We only hired them for two hours, so we wondered if they might drag their feet to extend the time, but they hit the ground running! They did not waste a single moment and after each item they packed they asked "what's next?" Nothing was too big or difficult to pack, and they managed to fill nearly every inch of the POD. We thought we had too much stuff for the 8 ft POD, but they tied everything in so compactly (and yet safely so nothing could be damaged) that we were shocked to still have lots of space left over! They helped us go through things that we had not yet prepared and they got them quickly prepared and puzzled into the extra space. Somehow they managed to finish this enormous job in two hours to the minute! We couldn't think of anything else to pack by that time! They even helped us clean up the "staging" area before they left. They were AWESOME help! We will not hesitate to hire them again. They were worth EVERY PENNY!!

They were excellent movers and worked so quickly. They wrapped everything very carefully and was able to move all the furniture into the container. All the pieces were secured very well. I was pleased and would hire them again in the future.

Everything was fine until moving day. Book Rigos only if you are prepared for them to change the schedule at the last minute. I had booked PODS City Service, which meant I had a strict loading window from 2–6 PM. I also booked three movers to arrive between 2–3 PM, and even confirmed this with Rigos on the phone that morning. About two hours before 2 PM, I got a call saying the movers wouldn’t arrive until around 4:30 PM. I explained that this would not work due to the PODS time limit. After some back and forth, they said they would try to send the movers before 3 PM. From then on, I had to keep calling every 15–30 minutes for updates. Each time, they reassured me the movers were on the way. No one showed up by 3 PM, then they said 3:30 PM, then 4 PM. During this time, it was also very hard to reach them—most calls (15+) went unanswered. The movers finally arrived at 4:15 PM. By that point, my girlfriend and I had already started loading the POD ourselves because we were worried it wouldn’t be finished on time. To be fair, once the movers arrived, they worked quickly and finished loading right at 6 PM. However, the poor communication, constant delays, and broken promises caused a lot of unnecessary stress and felt very unprofessional.

Antonio and Felipe were amazing. They were flexible with our schedule, professional, and kind. I had to change my appointment a few times and they were so easy to work with. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

These guys were on top of things!! We knew our truck would be a tight fit and they packed everything so perfectly we had just the right amount of space for the suitcases we needed to put in the very back of the rental truck. Super polite and efficient and the best moving labor help I've had! I was also happy to see them lifting safely and wearing protective girdles for their sake!! Highly, highly recommend!
