The duo who did my move were a real blessing. I was stressed because my building forgot about my move and didn’t wrap the elevator, or have it on independent mode. These guys were communicative, calling me first before their arrival and were also exactly on time. These guys were super careful, as well as fast and efficient. They had the POD loaded in 1.5 hours. In the past, I used a different company that took 6 hours to unload basically the same stuff. They also loaded everything carefully and strapped it down professionally so there would be no shifting. Also, I can’t emphasize this enough but these 2 movers have a very calm demeanor that really helped quiet all the anxiety about my move. Their attitude was relaxed, confident, and exactly what kept me from stress spiraling. I cannot recommend them enough. I’d give them 6/5 if I could.

Great job, great team. The team of Austin and Jay did a fantastic job. They were on time, worked hard, and knew what they were doing. They loaded the container with care, and knew how it do it in a way that maximized space and kept everything as safe as possible. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

Purcell, Xavier, Carlos, and Noah did a great job loading the pod on time within 2 hrs. They were prepared, efficient, and respectful.

I'm a 74 year old retired teacher with too much stuff accumulated over the years. I am going to ask Noah and Xavier from Moving Zoom to help me finish clearing out 27 years of...stuff...from my apartment and load my UPack containers for my move. They were great, and I don't feel as overwhelmed as I did before they arrived. In fact I am looking forward to continuing the job with them. Excellent hard work, organized, friendly and supportive. Very highly recommended!
