They were there on time and finished unloading our entire truck in less than two hours. It took us 12 to pack. Would definitely hire them again.

Malcolm and a second man wearing an Essentials sweatshirt were the team who completed my move of items into a 16-foot POD. They worked well together and did an excellent job packing the POD, top to bottom, as I had requested. I had asked to use the ratchets I had purchased, not because they weren't doing a good job. But rather due to the distance from MN to AZ. The ratchets did require more time but Malcomb did use the ratchets and all looked so good when they were done. Thank you guys!!

Polite and efficient

Malcolm and Jake were on time, courteous, and hard working. We just needed them to load a truck and they did such a great job! Nothing shifted in transit, even though the truck was not completely full. They stacked everything carefully and used ratchet straps to secure the load. I would definitely hire them again!

Mike and crew arrived on time. It was fine enough service, as in it got the job done, but I won't use them again. Here's my reasoning for 3/5 stars: - had to change from 4 to 3 workers and said they could do it in 4 hours instead of 3 hours. They ended up going over in time which we had to pay for. - Mike's assistants seemed to be very unhappy in the conditions. there was a lot of arguing. it was a very hot day, so i sympathize with the conditions, I provided iced beverages and tried to keep the air on in closed rooms. it was just a brutal day...but that's why we needed to hire someone (and we paid extra for the stairs so why complain about them). they were yelling and swearing at each other which just made the whole thing uncomfortable. They commented on how much stuff I had or how heavy it felt. Basically tried to make me feel guilty for hiring movers. even my neighbors noticed the tension as they thought a fight was going to break out with all the yelling. The support guys were nice and I hope they're not being exploited by Mike. they didn't seem to be in condition to do a move on a hot day... not sure where the responsibility falls in that...me for hiring movers in June? Mike for hiring assistants who might not be up to the task? Anyways, it was all just awkward and uncomfortable. In the end, Mike packed the stuff in the truck pretty well. Conveniently he mentioned scratching a piece of furniture after I paid and tipped them. At that point, I just wanted them to be done. We're successfully moved, but I think I will be a bit pickier going forward.

The 2 guys who helped us knew what they were doing they were very professional and fun to talk to. Down to earth guys who joke around and are simply kind people. I had to reschedule from my first appointment and the new appointment was more expensive but worth every penny and more. Thank you for making our moving easy, simple and fun.

They were amazing! I needed help moving the big furniture over to my new house, so I only hired them for a couple hours. They were so efficient that they had extra time to help me move some of the smaller furniture and boxes that I was planning on moving separately on my own. I highly recommend them.

Great! Showed up when they were supposed to and worked hard until finished. They were very careful with our furniture, etc.

Amazing helpers. They moved things into my PODS and basement. They even fixed my TV hookup that wasn't done properly by the people who moved it to paint. Will hire them again if I need this type of service.
