We’ve had great past experiences using this service but this time was not great. The two helpers we had dragged our expensive wood furniture on the pavement in our driveway and on our hardwood floors, instead of carrying it. You could tell one of the guys really didn’t want to be there and did as little as possible to get the job done well. They were friendly and respectful to us, but I feel they could have been more gentle/respectful with our furniture.

They were not on time but it was not entirely their fault. PODs moved up their same day drop off and pick up the night before moving. I was able to call the Insight contact and tell him the exact times. The only thing I was disappointed with is that he said he'd call back but did not. I didn't know if he had found someone to come and when they could come. I kept calling him and finally after waiting at the POD for almost 2 hours they arrived. They finally told me after I called several times when they were coming 20 minutes before they arrived.

The lads who did my load job were terrific! Hard working and professional. They were 2 hours late - not their fault but the were very apologetic. Would use them again??

These guys were great. Mike and his team emptied 3 16’ pods in short order. They were all really nice and helpful and they made the stress of the move a little lighter. I’d use them again in a heartbeat !!!

They were close to on time. They were prepared. They were the slowest movers I’ve ever had. Talked the first 1.5 hours about sports. Really paced themselves. I started carrying stuff out and told them to just get it all out and I’d have to complete the packing. They sped up a bit. I know it was all stairs. But young guys should be able to move faster than me. I started packing the pod until I could see I did not have the expertise to get it all in. I said I can’t get it all in here so do the extra hour. I had to pay for 1.5 over with me working. They were respectful. His rope tying at the end didn’t work, a chair fell on my head when I tried to straighten the tv to fit the item I told them about in the spot they left me. It wouldn’t fit. I would not recommend them. I’ve packed and had packed 3 pods. I know what it should’ve been like.

They were so nice, helpful, FAST, considerate of our belongings, packed the truck tight which was great because we paid by the foot. I would definitely recommend!

Brice T. And Liam did a wonderful job with moving all of my furniture. They took extra care and time moving priceless antiques, and measured when needed to make sure all items fit through doorways. They also made sure all was complete before they left by walking each room with me. They did a remarkable job.

They arrived on time and were pleasant and professional. They removed shoes while inside and promptly did the simple move of a loveseat from the first floor of my townhome to the attached garage. I also appreciated that they negotiated a lower price given the time and effort involved was considerably less than expected.

They were on time or a little early. They were ready to work and seemed organized. I think they are hard workers and aim to please. They were respectful of property and goods. They were pleasant and trying to have fun while they worked. 2 hardworking guys.

On time, professional, brought the necessary equipment. These guys were excellent not as much as a scratch on any of furniture or walls. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Oh wow were the guys perfect. They were on time, courteous (sir and ma'am level of courteous), fun and friendly, ridiculously fast and incredibly strong. They got stuck with a ton of stairs and just went to work. What took them 3 hours would have been 3 weeks for us, plus hospitalization. So grateful for their help!

Both workers showed up on time and ready to go as well as implementing Covid requests. They moved items out and into the assisted living apartment in the time period requested. They were super caring, polite, and worked diligently to make sure all items were not damaged and arranged as needed. Additionally, they reloaded the moving truck with unwanted furniture so I could transport to storage. Highly recommend Minutemen Haulers!

Robbie’s saved the day for us! We had a last minute cancellation and needed movers right away. Robbie’s was willing to take us on no problem. Really nice guys that were fantastic at taking care of our stuff and getting it into storage. If you are putting a lot into storage having moving guys are well worth it, Robbie’s knew exactly what they were doing to maximize space. Thank you to Robbie’s for really saving the day!!

MIghty MIke's Moving service was wonderful! They came on time, and are very professional, friendly and easy to work with. They loaded a shipping container and a small UHaul trailer, secured all the items and even offered help with returning loading ramp to the rental company. I would highly recommend them. The guys did a great job. Fast and efficient. Very helpful with the few items that needed packing while they were onsite.

What a great thing to have big strong fellows come and move things into our POD. We could not have been happier. We had some Rose Wood huge pieces from chiang Mai to put into the POD, they did it effortlessly! They were right on time-worked with out a break and loaded everything. I can not recommend them more highly than a 7 star. Rita

The 2 men hired arrived on time and with a great attitude. We discussed all the work we needed help with and off they went to manage the unloading and moving all furniture up one flight of stairs to our rooms. They were very considered that we had the carpets done, so they would take of their shoes as they entered the house. They were on a continuous push to get the job done. They did not waist any time nor tried to squeeze more time out of us. They were very polite, professional, and hard working people. I have moved several times and use hired help to load / unload in multiple cities, however 5 Star Movers exceeded by far above the rest.

I loved working with these guys! I hired 3 for 5 hours and ended up only needing 4 hours and it was easy to get credited for the extra hour. They arrived on time and ready to go and were extremely efficient. They took great care of my things and helped advise me on a few items that needed extra care. I would highly recommend them and definitely would use them again. Thanks!!
