Not sure how they have received such a high review. They arrived 30 minutes later than expected. They brought minimal tools, even though they showed all tools needed on their site. They had to use the cart owned by the apartment to move the boxes. When asked to attach my dresser mirror to the dresser they told me their boss didn’t tell them to do it. Probably because they didn’t have the tools. Their carelessness resulted in 4 items damaged that I now have to find someone to repair. Find another company to use!

Our red squared frame mirror along with our pickle ball set in a black backpack is missing. ... I'm not saying they took it and strange that it's missing since I believe they were packed.

They arrived on time and were careful unloading the Pod. We have opened numerous boxes and have not found any damaged items. It took slightly longer than planned because they had to walk to reach our front door. They were located items to the appropriate rooms. They did a good job!

From the beginning my interactions with Dillard Movers was positive. Initially, Patrice helped me set up the move, which was complicated. She was very positive and offered helpful suggestions. The movers were personable, showed up on time, interacted well during the entire move and worked at a good pace. Without reservation, I highly recommend this company.

The packing they did in the time reserved was good. They arrived 3 hours early which threw off our planning but ultimately worked out since they were unable to pack up our whole 3 bedroom house in the time allotted, but they got all the big stuff.

Moving is so stressful in any situation and this team did a fabulous job of making it happen. Incredibly hard-working, Tetris masters as it relates to loading the pod! I would recommend Keenan’s if you’re looking to move and want a team that will make it happen smoothly. No need to be stressed out!

Dustin and Sonny kept in contact, were easy to work with, very polite, and super efficient! I would definitely recommend them for anyone who needs help with a move!

This was the great crew! Jake and Matt went above and beyond. They both were very helpful, courteous, handled our things with care, packed the truck efficiently, worked fast and just an overall joy to work with! We would use 5-Star Movers again!

They did a fantastic job. Showed up right on time and were ready to get to work. We were moving out of an apartment on the third floor so stairs were an issue. Both of the movers were efficient and hard working. The move ended up taking much longer than anticipated, but they were willing and able to stick it out with us. Thank you for the hard work!
