They were close to on time. They were prepared. They were the slowest movers I’ve ever had. Talked the first 1.5 hours about sports. Really paced themselves. I started carrying stuff out and told them to just get it all out and I’d have to complete the packing. They sped up a bit. I know it was all stairs. But young guys should be able to move faster than me. I started packing the pod until I could see I did not have the expertise to get it all in. I said I can’t get it all in here so do the extra hour. I had to pay for 1.5 over with me working. They were respectful. His rope tying at the end didn’t work, a chair fell on my head when I tried to straighten the tv to fit the item I told them about in the spot they left me. It wouldn’t fit. I would not recommend them. I’ve packed and had packed 3 pods. I know what it should’ve been like.

The guys were awesome and very helpful - they went above and beyond. I would hire them again!

Steve is an expert packer. How he fit everything in the truck, without any breakage was amazing. Would definitely recommend these guys

They were on time or a little early. They were ready to work and seemed organized. I think they are hard workers and aim to please. They were respectful of property and goods. They were pleasant and trying to have fun while they worked. 2 hardworking guys.

Thank you Hire A Helper! Jay & Kevin knocked our moving project out of the park! What we thought was going to a challenge since it was in the midst of a snowstorm, these two put us at ease and very efficiently unloaded our pod contents. We wanted a refrigerator placed in a certain room and it was difficult to fit through the doorway even with the doors removed. Over and above what I ever expected them to do, Jay & Kevin removed the wheel assembly, moved the fridge to where we wanted it and then reassembled it in place. We could not have been more pleased with their service and dedication to our satisfaction! Thank you very much Jay & Kevin!

Minutemen were great but Hire A Helper mixed up the time. I recommend going directly through the moving company itself vs third party site.

On time, professional, brought the necessary equipment. These guys were excellent not as much as a scratch on any of furniture or walls. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Review after Pod delivered. Mike and his team arrived to load my Pod in a heavy rainstorm. I was okay with how they handled removing items from my home but should have spent more time monitoring the loading. There were numerous items that were unable to be loaded that I wound up giving away or having to ship to my temporary address as we needed to be out of the home that day. At no time was this addressed until one of the crew mentioned they were short on space it was packed to the door. After Pod was delivered, the door was wedged and we had to dig items out to be able to open it. Boxes were stacked onto each other regardless of if they were marked fragile or heavy. Goods were crushed, broken and bent. No strapping was used to hold the load so the items shifted in transit. If you use Mike's service, please stress how your goods should be be handled and to protect fragile goods.

I loved working with these guys! I hired 3 for 5 hours and ended up only needing 4 hours and it was easy to get credited for the extra hour. They arrived on time and ready to go and were extremely efficient. They took great care of my things and helped advise me on a few items that needed extra care. I would highly recommend them and definitely would use them again. Thanks!!

Chester and his helper were: on time, worked without breaks (except when we provided pizza) careful, courteous, and willing to stay late to finish job. I was very impressed when he called ahead of moving day to verify day and start time.

Allen was great for carrying and hauling. Nate was good with stacking and organizing in the pod. But Allen left his tire at the driveway and if he could please come and take it as it costs $40 just to have it hauled away. Would use them again.

They arrived a few minutes beyond their arrival window, but that did not matter. They worked efficiently and well together. Finished unloading my household with time to spare. Reasonable care, no incidents. Overall I am well satisfied with the job done.

Even though their previous move caused them to be late, we still finished on time! Very hard working and courteous! I would definitely hire them again.
