Hire Movers inPrior Lake, MN

Very young group of guys and despite paying for more hours than needed rushed the job despite us asking them to slow it down multiple times and even having to unpack part of the truck. We paid for 4 hours and they finished in two and they kept saying you will get a refund if we go quick and we explained multiple times that’s not what we want and no we won’t get a refund, it wasn’t until they tried to collect a second payment did they understand and left us with a lot still to load because it wasn’t as quick as they wanted. We were supposed to be first on a Monday and then asked to move to the afternoon and seemed like they were done. We have done this move before and we needed to wrap furniture and be methodical and they were just throwing things. We had a lot of damage to furniture and other items that was disappointing given what we paid.

The guys showed up on time and worked hard but damaged a lot of walls while bringing things inside. They also weren't very careful with our items...boxes were stacked upside down, boxes labeled "fragile" were put on the bottom of piles, and our 85" TV was placed upside down. Overall, I don't think I'd recommend this company based on our experience.

Great group of guys! Was punctual and ended up unloading the POD and setting up over 60 boxes and other furnitures in their right location within 1 hr. I highly recommend them for your moving labor help.

I had many items left in the house. Kitchen chairs were left in the garage, left coffee table, entertainment stand, and they left in a hurry. I'm not happy at all! You'll be hearing from me.

The movers were very friendly and outgoing. They had to stay an extra 45 minutes, it seemed to take a long time to pick which box they were going to carry down next. I had to pay an extra $100, which was very frustrating. It was also next to impossible to get a hold of Helping Hand Movers. I left at least 5 voice messages and called a dozen times, with no response. I ended up calling the national number in order to change the moving date. Very frustrating!

These guys were exactly what you would expect. They were on time, capable, careful, respectful and experienced. We had three 16' PODS solidly packed and it took these guys three hours to unload them. I would use Mighty Mike's Movers again myself and would highly recommend them.

Mike and his assistant were tireless workers. They never stopped moving the whole time and even helped us put together our couches and beds and other furniture. Five Stars!

This crew was so amazing had everything done while I was on work calls. They were very quick and considerate of my property.

The guys that moved us out of our space did a marvelous job! They were all on time, very professional and hard working. They took a great deal of care of our things and stored them in two PODS we had delivered. They got everything from our business loaded in these two PODS with the exception of 2-fold up tables. The way they utilized the space within the PODS was remarkable! I would definitely encourage anyone wanting to move out of their home or business to highly consider working with Hire A Helper movers.

They were on time and worked quickly. They knew what they were doing and obviously were very experienced and extremely pleasant. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

They were very helpful. I payed for 3hr of move time got everything in the time allotted moved. It really would have been impossible for for just me to move the heavy items. They even got to some of the lighter boxes aswell. Thank you!!!

Showed up on time and we’re very professional.

These guys knew what they were doing. I gave them a little direction and sat back and watched. They had their own two-wheeler and dolly. They even offered to take some of the smaller unwrapped items in their personal vehicle. Definate 5 star service.

They were friendly and kind. They moved everything I expected to get done in the 2 hour time frame. My only issue was the damage that was done to my walls during the move. I had to fix and paint many areas.

The guys were on time, professional, and up to the task. Worked out great!!!
