Not sure how they have received such a high review. They arrived 30 minutes later than expected. They brought minimal tools, even though they showed all tools needed on their site. They had to use the cart owned by the apartment to move the boxes. When asked to attach my dresser mirror to the dresser they told me their boss didn’t tell them to do it. Probably because they didn’t have the tools. Their carelessness resulted in 4 items damaged that I now have to find someone to repair. Find another company to use!

Dustin and Cory were awesome! They had a job in Big Lake that took longer so they had extend their arrival time. But despite working all day they had an awesome attitude and were both very friendly. We had everything prepped for them and the heavy pieces they had to move, they were very quick and no damages to anything! Thank you for making our experience so awesome during a stressful time of moving out of state.

Great job. On time-finished in less time than I expected. Helpers were cordial and accommodating. I would strongly recommend this team to anyone.

Jordan and Brandon worked non-stop from the moment they arrived. VERY respectful of my belongings. Jordan did a fantastic job of organizing all my things so they'd fit. Both of them were very pleasant. Carried nice conversation but constantly kept working. We needed to load from 2 locations and they still finished under 2 hours. I would definitely recommend them to others. Thank you for making a hectic time a bit more pleasant and calm.

The crew was great and they were there early actually, and they did all the heavy lifting! I had some friends help to move the small stuff and help get the apt. in shape for my parents so they could settle in right away. National Metro Movers worked well with all of us in a very stressful situation. I'd highly recommend them!

The team was on time and efficiently packed and unpacked the truck. The entire team led by Chester was friendly and worked very hard.

Overall, glad I made the decision to use this service. There was some coming and going if the 4 men that I was a little concerned with. What held this rating down was I paid $572 for 4 men for 4 hours. The job was over in 3 hours. I did not feel good about paying for an hour of service that was not required.

The workers were on time and worked hard the entire two hours they were here. They were appropriately friendly and willing to receive direction. I would highly recommend this company.
