Quincy & Cameron were polite, professional. I enjoyed working with them. They called to confirm their arrival time. They did a great job wrapping my furniture & loading the trailer. National Metro Movers saved the day after the movers I arranged through the rental truck company cancelled. They loaded the truck so efficiently and quickly! Their experience even saved me unexpected charges related to blankets and the rental truck. They even helped me load even more than I thought would be possible. They unloaded just as impressively and placed the beds/dressers and other big pieces so I didn't have to later try and wrangle them myself. Devon and crew were professional and personable and I appreciated his frequent communication after I placed my same-day order. I wholeheartedly recommend them and have already told a couple of people about the fantastic team. I will definitely start with them for any future needs.

Both men we’re very helpful and knowledgeable. They finished ahead of time and nothing was damaged.

And opportunity for improvement would be that items would be wrapped in blankets taped and shrink-wrapped. That part of the packing was lacking, The blankets that I provided were used to shield from damage but was basically lightly wrapped over or position between the items. The packing team was very courteous and worked really well as a team . The team worked hard and got the job done on time. I would not hesitate to recommend are used him again in the future.

The Minutemen crew was great. They were very professional and careful with all of our items. The only criticism was that they were scheduled to show up between 9-10am and did not arrive until 10:30. They did call by 9:30 to let me know, and there was some unexpected traffic issues that caused their delay.

The team was courteous, very efficient and extremely careful in our new home and with our furniture. They even had a great sense of humor when we mistakenly told them not once, not twice, but three times that the queen sized mattress needed to go up or down stairs...opposite of wherever it was!!! Thanks for the great job.
