The movers were supposed to arrive between 7 to 8 am but didn't arrive until 10 am. They had 3 to 5 hours to load my belongings but it took 6 hours costing me more money. Phillip, Alex & Keith were very nice guys but time spent looking at cell phones and/or taking vape breaks cost time and I'm the one who was paying for that time. I should have said something to them but didn't. They handled my things just fine, however I ended up having to give away 2 grills, my wicker patio furniture, adirondack chairs and my Precore Treadmill because they couldn't get them on the truck. So was this an issue of U-Pack misjudging what I told them that I had or the movers not using the room on the truck well???? This mover would not be the 1st to call for moving.
