These two kind and strong gentlemen were on time, even after a serious ice storm! They were thoughtful, careful, efficient and kind. I would recommend them all day!!!

These boys were very polite and kind. They also were incredible packers. I've never seen a vehicle/storage unit packed so tightly. My only complaint was their timeliness. We ended up going 1.25 hours over the booked 2 hours. Let me be clear, I do not blame the boys for this. Instead, I think the moving company needs to provide some supervision or instruction on how to balance timeliness with packing quality. I was once these guy's age and had to learn from more seasoned workers how to balance quality and time in my work in a similar line of work. It's not about lack of capability, just guidance. Additionally, I wasn't aware of the official start time which made it difficult to gauge when to dismiss the help to avoid additional time charges. However, I do appreciate that the company only billed me for additional time in quarter hour increments. My recommendations would be 1. Kindly offer instruction and help to younger workers about how to balance moving efficiency and packing quality. 2. Clearly indicate with the customer what the start time was and regularly communicate about additional hourly charges when they approach.

The team did an amazing job of packing up our pod for a move from Tn long distance. Everything was delivered intact and nothing was damaged. Something I can not say for a lot of long distance movers I have used in the past . If you need loading or unloading services they are top both. The completed our job way ahead of what we thought it would take

Jacob and Arron's crew did an amazing job. Our trailer couldn't get to the driveway, so they unloaded everything off the trailer and hauled it down the street to our house. They were fast, careful, and extremely courteous. Highly recommend.

Were they on time? Yes, they arrived within the 1 hour time frame given Were they prepared for the job? Yes they were prepared with straps and dollies You need to supply your own blankets Did they work hard? Like all moving teams, 50% of the crew wanted to work, where the hardest work came from the leaders of the crew. They were punctual and professional. The other workers were on thier phones 50% of the time and did 1/2 the work as the others. They all were very respectful to us, and had great attitudes. Were they respectful of your property and goods? I had damage from a falling professional tool box which cost me $1K new. The strap slipped off and it fell over in the truck. We also had minor damage to some other furniture which was more minor. It took 2 trucks to move to Nashville from Michigan and 3 trips or 3 trucks to move it across town. A better job at loading would be wise. Would you use them again? I would not only due to the fact we were quoted $1800 and by the time all was said and done it was a $2500 job. I had a damaged tool box ($1K), charged an extra day for the truck and pads ($80) as the job wasnt completed in one day, and it took from 8:30AM till 8:00PM the first day without getting it all loaded and unloaded with 5 guys. They came the next day and spent 2 more hours unloading the next truck. 12 hours to load and unload (3) trucks with 5 guys.

I was so lucky to have Bradley & Nate help me unload a POD. Delivery was delayed, but they were lovely and very accommodating. They moved furniture with care and had very positive attitudes.

Dalton Hill and his crew were excellent. Great communication, courteous and a great packer. The job was done on time and took great care of my items! Will use them again on the new move! Thank you!!

Smart Move did a great job. The movers, Derrik and Mario, were fast and thorough, never taking a rest in 2 hours other than to use my bathroom. It would have been comforting to receive a text during the 1 hour window. I called 30 min. into that hour and Emilio said he'd communicate with the team and ask them to call me, which they did immediately to let me know they'd be there a bit after the 1 hour window, which was fine. Emilio, my phone contact, was fantastic. Smart Move's and Hire-a-Helper's communications and billing's wires got mixed and I was contacted the day before for a $100 deposit, which I paid. Turns out I was also charged the full amount of the job by Hire-a-Helper. Emilio figured out the issue and remedied it. He and I ended up talking 4-5 times during the move as he worked to resolve the double payment issue. He followed up immediately with a screen shot of the credit and then again, I believe after he had already left work. 5 stars to Emilio!

They were professional, communicated well and worked for 2.5 hours straight unloading my POD. I would definitely use them again for moving.

These guys were amazing! I was worried everything wasn’t going to fit in my POD, and they miraculously fit everything, even things I thought I was going to have to sell or donate. They were also super kind and courteous. Moving is always stressful, but they took a huge weight off my shoulders…literally! Highly recommend and would hire again. Thanks a bunch!
