The three young men who helped were on time, curtious and polite. Our issue was more around communication and expectations of the service we thought we hired. We hired them for 4 hrs. They moved so fast that they completed putting items in the containers in 2 hours. Great except the packing was not efficient in any manner and my husband and I had to pull stuff out of both containers after they left and repack costing us valuable time and energy. My husband also made note that one of crew was an OSHA nightmare waiting to happen by wearing Crocs and trying to lift heavy bulky objects. The crew leader had to keep him from hurting himself a couple of times by making sure they were lifting and moving items safely. We were also surprised that the crew was rushing to get to their next job even though we were technically on the books for two more hours. It is quite clear that our specific needs were not communicated to the crew as the crew leader said they were not informed of the scope of the job. The online interface to book the job is inadequate and the follow up calls before the service never clarified expectations. Our issues are with the system not the gentlemen who performed the task. Other than the safety issues.

They were fine. The supervisor was very experienced, and packed our truck very well. The guys didn't break anything, but overall they were slow and didn't look like they worked for a moving company. We've hired other companies that have matching shirts or something, whereas most of these guys weren't even wearing belts, so were constantly pulling up their pants. The job took an extra hour, which I was fine to pay for, but one of the guys barely did anything, so I doubt it really should have gone over.
