Our team was on time and came far more prepared than I expected. They worked extremely hard to fit as much of our property as possible into a single 16-ft POD, and they wrapped any normally unbox-able items (like televisions with non-removable bases) in shrink wrap and moving blankets at no extra cost. It did take longer than the originally planned 2 hours, but we had quite a lot of stuff and some exceedingly heavy furniture (all of which they loaded themselves). They carefully disassembled some items, like my corner computer desk, and worked with me to ensure the items that would need to be removed first were easily accessible. I would absolutely recommend them!
