Great overall experience! I was in a bind with the PODS door being stuck and the crew was super patience and got the door unstuck and saved the day.

Jay's moving services was professional, flexible. Their crew members Manny and Jose arrived on time. They both worked very hard, were respectful, and completely willing to move heavy furnitures around for us when we needed to change our mind about locations of the furniture. I originally had my unloading request scheduled between 10am-11am and was called last minute to change my time to 7am-8am. Apparently someone called out sick and they could no longer accommodate my two crew request at the chosen time. It worked out though because the guys who arrived did an excellent job unloading my PODS container. They immediately started when they arrived and worked efficiently, quickly, and were very careful in putting the furniture and boxes inside the house. I would definitely hire them again. Great job!

So Cal Brothers arrived on time, were ready to work, willingly worked with us to move my mom from one floor of her retirement facility to the assisted living floor. We had to downsize in furnishings and they took all the un-needed items to the curb and my hauling trailer. They were very careful with all the furnishings. We would definitely use them again.

I had sitters movers help me unload my pod last week. They are on time, well prepared to do the work, easy to talk to and work with, thorough and efficient. They were very aware of not digging furniture or walls as they brought everything into my new space. They were very kind and asked if there was anything else they could help me with. Frank and Arnold did an amazing job of fitting everything into our U-Haul Boxes (like Pods) in the driveway. They took special care with our fragile items and wrapped everything professionally. It was amazing to see the completed boxes and how full they were able to get them!! They were pleasant and positive even though it was a very long day. We would definitely recommend them to anyone needing support with moving!

The gentlemen did such a good job. Not only did they move everything and secure it so professionally, but they were very kind when I forgot to add a few large items and I had to have them add them after the pod was packed. I will definitely be hiring them again when the rest of my move is needed.
