I had a fantastic experience and time with the crew that moved my elderly mother’s belongings, today. They were all very friendly, mindful, careful, on-time, quick, and had a positive attitude throughout the entire move. There was a lot of care taken with all of her belongings. Especially, her wooden antique furniture that are all fragile and heavy pieces. Basically, they’re my heroes! I will absolutely refer friends to Genesys Moving Services and will definitely call them again for my next move!

Cory and his crew were professional, efficient, prompt, and communicative. They worked hard to move all my stuff and got the job done quickly. The movers Ian and Evan were more than I thought possible. They were steady movers that worked great together. My belongings could not have been in better hands. Ian and Evan showed respect for my home and belongings. They were on time and did not waste time while working. I highly recommend these two young men. My son was so impressed he was thinking of hiring them for his move this summer.

Troy and Jason were OUTSTANDING. Very collected and unbothered by things that I was a little stressed over. They disassembled everything thoughtfully and packed the storage container in a smart way.

Went above and beyond to make sure our move was as easy as possible and done to our standards. I will be recommending them and using this company in the future.

Would not choose these movers again. I've dealt with many different moving services over the years and never has it taken so long for packing/moving. Even with paying for an extra hour beyond what was estimated, there was still a lot to be done on my end. 2 drawers were overlooked in the kitchen, they completely bypassed the bathroom without touching anything in there, piles of things leftover in other rooms. They stopped at the end because they ran out of tape but also didn’t ask if we had any more? Boxes left halfway full too sitting in the house, not taped up. It was overall a strange experience and I was not happy with the service.

Scott & Jay were right on time and Scott called the day before to confirm the times and addresses. They work had, ask how I want items placed & pack a truck really well. They both have moved me before & I will keep working with these fellows & Three Men and a Duck for sure.

They were punctual (even early), prepared, knowledgeable about moving heavy items and very professional! Highly recommend them!

FFFP. Fast, friendly, focused, professional. The two guys moved quickly, handled everything with care and made sure that we were satisfied with their work. We would hire them again, no question about it.

The helpers were timely and very efficient unloading my full 20’ truck. Worked with me to take off doors where necessary. Definitely recommend!

Started out a little rough I’m not gonna lie. As soon as they started to unload the uhaul all we heard were complaints that we had a lot of “little stuff”. “Tell your daughter to box everything in boxes next time”. Then every time the “boss” walked by my dau. And I all we heard were loud sighs and more complaining. He then asked “who told you you could leave items in the dresser drawers?” The guys in Indiana who took them out and put them in the dresser for us I answered. He said he don’t do that. So I had to unload the drawers for him. I also loaded many items into the elevator to help move faster. I wasn’t paid for doing that. I didn’t even get a “thanks for the assistance. The guys in Indiana said “don’t touch anything we got this you just do other things you need to do”. That is service! I still tipped the guys 60.00. Because that’s just who we are. Before he left I got an apology about him being rough and a little rude. Gee thanks, like moving across several states isn’t stressful enough.

These guys were great! I would hire them a hundred times over--professional, careful, pleasant, and considerate.

Junior and Mario did an excellent job unloading my POD. They arrived on time and were friendly and professional. They took good care of my belongings and finished the job faster than anticipated. I would definitely recommend them!

Jason and Ramiro were on time, knowledgeable, hard-working and a pleasure to work with. They negotiated some really tough spaces in less time than I had reserved! Just wow!
