The associates who came were hard working, caring and professional. I can only hope that the movers I have on the unpacking side are 1/2 as dedicated.

They worked hard and unloaded the truck in record time. They were about 1 hour late.

They did a great job!! They were moving items (oversized couch, chair, dresser, entertainment center) into a 3rd floor apt. They unable to use some of their moving tools as the stair were narrow so carried items up with straps! Fantastic. We tried to help with the small stuff and they said just relax and we will have plenty of work to do when they leave. Would recommend using them again. Thanks

They were promp.. efficient.. used paper on ground to not soil floors. They guided me on how best to wrap my large painting and tied the furniture in well to container. They were very curios and professional. Definitely made the right chose in hire them.

Smart Move LLC movers did a wonderful job loading my Relocubes for transport across the country. I asked them to leave a little room so I could add a few items after they left and they accommodated. They showed me how to use the ratchet straps. They got everything in, covered key items with the blankets, and got it done on time. I really appreciate their professionalism and support!

These guys were fantastic! Worked quickly and Ahmad was very professional. They all carried our furniture to the third floor of our apartment. Everything was professionally cared for and arrived intact and in as good condition as we packed it in the truck. If you need movers I'd recommend giving these movers a change.

I was extremely impressed with Mo and Nico! They were friendly, hard working and great to communicate with! I very much enjoyed them! Even though it was very hot, they never took a break! The one thing that was awesome was these days I don’t care where you are you ALWAYS see workers on their phone! Not once did I see them pull out their phone. Their work ethic was indeed 5 ?? ????????! I look forward to using them again when I move.

Overall did a good job. Missed labeling 8 boxes. Missed packing several cabinets. Did not use the supplied wardrobe box steel hanger rods, stacking clothes in wardrobe instead. Several boxes not taped properly -- requiring us to add tape.

They were amazing! We originally hired two people for two hours and they sent three. These men were on time, very hardworking and did a great job. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again. Relax and let them handle all your moving needs!

These guys are the best. My container was delayed for three days and they had were kind enough to keep rescheduling with me. In the end they fit me in sooner than expected and did a wonderful job unloading my 16’ container. Job well done. Would not hesitate to hire them again.

Hard working guys

The movers arrived early and were ready to get moving immediately. They were respectful and prepared and worked hard the entire time. We were able to finish the job faster than I expected. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

Was surprised how much they did within the 2 hrs.; had expected they would only get the heavy furniture. Appears they secured everything well. Hope the unloaders will be just as good.
