They were very late, however I did receive a call that morning letting me know they would be late due to another job and the distance they were coming from. However, they were still much later arriving. They were kind, helpful and respectful. They were very careful with my belongings as well as careful of my apartment, the building and making sure everything was brought in without issue.

They were quick! Moved from an apartment building to a 3 story townhome and finished with time to spare. Friendly and communicative. Highly recommend.

A few broken items.

Team was great! Very communicative before arrival and got right to work. They finished well within the time book and very happy with their customer service.

They arrived 30 minutes after the agreed-upon timeframe. While I had rented 10 furniture mats for them to use, they only used 2 for a 12-foot truck, and when we unpacked, our wooden dining room table for terribly scarred. Disapointing. I paid 50% more than the going rate, expecting top-notch service which I did not receive.

Cody was exceptional to work with. The team is fast, kind, and careful with each item with the proper tools to get the job done. This was my first time using movers and these guys are worth every penny. They helped make the move easy!

Did a great job

Ahmad and his crew did a fabulous job moving my furniture into my new apartment. Specifically, the moving conditions weren't easy. They had to unload far from where I live and the snow was slushy and slippery. The team was very professional and they were quick but careful when bringing in the furniture and the ton of boxes. All three of them were kind and friendly as well. I would recommend them 100%.

They showed up late and the team was mismatched. One guy seemed hungover from the night before and struggled with some of the heavy pieces while the other guy was courteous, professional, and worked hard. They got the job done but it took an extra hour and the one guy was struggling through the whole thing.

This company is great! Great communication and customer service! Johnathan and Mark helped us move out of a 3rd floor apartment and got it done in just under the 2 hours we hired them. They don’t charge a fee for stairs like some companies do. Great guys and very appreciative for the help! Would hire again and highly recommend them!

Crew did excellent work with the load/unload job. They showed up when expected and after a brief tour of what the job was they went to work and didn't slow down until the unload was complete.

LeDoux Moving Solutions were great to work with! Carmen gave me a call the day before my unloading to confirm how much I had to move and specific items which ended up requiring less movers than I initially expected. I appreciated the call. On the day on my unloading, the team showed up on time and got straight to bringing items out of my truck. They were very friendly and super efficient, I would definitely recommend!!

Before moving day I had a hard time reaching these guys but they showed up today ready to go. These guys are the epitome of professional moving. They worked hard, treated my things with respect, and got the unloading done in less than 2 1/2 hours even with a flight of stairs what took the movers who loaded the truck 4 hours. Absolutely will 100% want to use them again whenever I need moving labor help!!!

Excellent service!

Excellent movers. The guys were right on time and called ahead to confirm their ETA. They worked REALLY hard, hustling large boxes up the stairs two at a time. I paid for 3 hours and they were done even before that, entirely due to their hustle. Then were careful, thoughtful and polite. Would hire this company again in a heartbeat.

Great team although they were missing a mover and one of the two movers was new on the job. The foreman (Dwayne) was amazing and worked his tail off. They were a huge help in unloading all of our belongings!

The three guys that moved our items into the trucks were the most awesome movers ever! They were on time, professional and super fast! I would most definitely recommend them . I think they are worthy of a raise, they sure are worth it

Rocket Services helped us get some very heavy bulky furniture out of the basement and main floor and into the garage. They were very knowledgeable on disassembling the furniture and carefully moving it.
