Overall, my experience was mixed. The movers were scheduled to arrive between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., but they didn't arrive until around 1:00 p.m. Once they got started, they worked efficiently and actually finished earlier than expected, so I do give them credit for their work ethic. However, I don't feel they were fully prepared for the job. They arrived without a dolly, which would have made moving furniture from my third-floor apartment much easier, and they didn't bring water for themselves. There was also some confusion when they accused me of not informing them that I lived on the third floor, even though I believe that information should have been confirmed beforehand. Unfortunately, two of my belongings were scratched during the move, which was disappointing. While the crew worked hard and completed the job quickly, the late arrival, lack of preparation, and damage to my items left me less than satisfied. Because of those issues, I'm not sure I would use this company again.
