They did an awesome job. Truck was packed properly with furniture blankets and tie downs. Nothing shifted so no damage on the 5-hour long drive. Used them twice so far and will continue to use in the future.

Lester was very good at communicating before and during the service. He was on time, well prepared, and very professional while also friendly and kind. He worked quickly but with great care for my home and belongings. The expected time was two hour but he completed all the furniture moves in a little over an hour, including disassembly and reassembly. I highly recommend him and his team.

They communicated before the arrival…they let me reschedule when my Pod. arrived days late. They were very professional and friendly….arrived on time and were experts at packing that Pod! I would highly highly recommend the company and my packers, Anthony and Malcom! Very respectful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly!

We would recommend them as well as hire them again if necessary. They were prompt, polite, hard working, and respectful of our belongings. They asked if there was anything else they could do for us before leaving. Thank you for making our move go smoothly.

They ran a little behind from the move before us but once they got there they worked hard. What I was most surprised of , we only gave them a three day notice to move and they covered us. I would definitely use them again.

I truly recommend them! Awesome team! They took really good care of my furniture, and worked really hard! I saved their contact and will hire them every time I have to move. Could not be more happy with their service! Same price as everyone else (maybe a little cheaper) but their service is phenomenal! You won't regret!

Eli and John did a good job, they were fast and careful with our things. I would have done the ratchet straps differently, I relied his experience.

They were on time, polite/courteous, and even waited a long while when we were running late and helped get our car/tow dolly off the back of the u-haul. They were very quick and respectful of our belongings including where everything was going and put everything in each specific room without us having to lift anything. Would definitely use again!

They were prefect gentlemen AND clearly masters of putting the puzzle pieces together. I would highly recommend this crew for your moving job! They used every cubic millimeter of my POD.

The people at U Call We Haul are friendly, fast and accommodating. We had a delay due to a hiccup at the other end of the move and they waited for us even though it was getting late (8pm). They charged us from the beginning of the reservation, though --- which I think is fair, by the way. When we arrived, they unloaded our truck with our 1 bedroom apartment inside in less than 60 minutes: they were very fast and efficient! They did not strike us as being very careful, though, nor did they try to put boxes and furniture in such a way that unpacking would be easy. Maybe we should have stressed that but we we ended up with the LCD monitor under a heavy box labeled "novels and books", and furniture and boxes all over the place so it was impossible to navigate around. I would use them again because of their fast service and the fair price.

They were on time. They were prepared for the job. Oh my gosh did they work hard!! I am moving out of Fayetteville, NC and the day was about 95 degrees and humid. They packed everything in my rental truck in the two hours (It would have taken me and friends all day). I also had to get a smaller rental vehicle since it would just be me and my mother driving the truck and they were able to get all of it to fit. They were incredibly considerate. I would definitely use them again! I would also recommend them.

The helpers that were hired from A.B. Industries were very professional. They took care into moving my things without damaging anything. They also were very good at utilizing the space in the rental truck. I would hire these guys for another job for sure if I needed help in the Portage Michigan area again or if someone I knew was looking for help.

I was especially impressed by Aaron, the person with whom I contracted the date and time. My son was driving through here with a U-Haul to pick up furniture for his move. His arrival date changed and then his arrival time kept changing; Aaron worked with me to have his men here at just the right time. The men were on time, friendly, and professional. They did an excellent job, and helped me beyond what was minimally required. They went above and beyond. I would definitely hire A.B. Industries again!
