Jonathon and Brandon are real pros! I hired them to load the re-lo cube I had arranged through U-Pack. They arrived right on time, assessed the size of everything that was to go into the cube, and went right to work on a loading strategy. I had been verging on panic that everything might not fit, but they were positive and upbeat, and said "We'll figure it out". I had already identified some "low priority" boxes as candidates for Goodwill just in case everything did not fit. The two of them did "figure it out", while taking care and being respectful of my things - especially the items marked "fragile". They worked quickly and finished within the two hour time frame. Two very pleasant guys that work well as a team and maintain their friendly and upbeat style throughout the whole process.

Movers arrived on time. Movers were courteous. We had them pack multiple PODS containers. My rating is the way it is because the group was rather young. Nothing against providing opportunities for young adults but out of the 5-6 movers only one was coordinating the move. At times the other movers were sitting and not helping and i assume because of the inexperience with loading containers. We also needed the movers to disassemble a piece of furniture and one of them couldn't get multiple bolts loose. So instead of using different tools he kept using what he had and stripped MULTIPLE bolts. Movers came with limited tools for the job. The job was completed but this piece of furniture had to be damaged to place inside the PODS due to their error.
