The three people that came to my house on 10/112019 were efficient, courteous, professionally loaded my truck I would hire these people again on a heart beat.. conversely the people that showed up to unload my truck on 10/12/2019 from hire a helper were incompetent, incapable of doing the job, the first item they attempted to unload was our new freezer they dropped it off the back end of the truck totally destroying the new freezer, We immediately dismissed them, called hire a helper and was told they were not liable FOR the destruction of our freezer.. To date there has not been one word of apology or restitution for our loss. I would never go through hire a helper.again, they are not acountable and probably will not show this review...STAY AWAY FROM HIRE A HELPER GO DIRECTLY TO THE LABOUR SOURCE...
