Kenneth and Josh were the heroes of my day, I'm not gonna lie. My partner and I did a move from Washington State to Oregon and packed up our lives and were dead exhausted. Kenneth had stayed in contact with me from the first inquiry to the day of the arrival. We had some flexibility but both had the same goal of keeping the other in mind of their schedule. Kenneth and Josh showed up early, put in the absolute work, were in high spirits and checked consistantly to make sure what they unloaded was in the most convenient spot for us. If I ever have the dread of moving again, I'd absolutely go to them and know I'm covered. Thank you again guys, so much!

Kenneth and his team did a fantastic job. He maintained constant communication from beginning to end and was friendly, hardworking, fast, efficient, and well organized…as was his crew. They worked well together as a team and coordinated the loading so that everything went in with room to spare. Everything was packed and secured so well that the load didn’t move an inch all the way from Oregon to Tennessee, but it was packed with such care that there was no damage to any of the items loaded…quite a feet after such a long trip over rough roads. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and I would hire them again in a heartbeat, without question. I highly recommend the S.T.A.R. team.

After being 2 hours late they showed up and got right to work. They were quick and got the job done . Only one box of dishes broken (not their fault) we didn't tape box well bottom came out.

Only one bad incident. When they were moving my dinning room hutch they accidentally knocked my plasma tv over. I had it leaning up against the China hutch and moved it to the left so they could move the hutch. I feel I'm part to blame because I didn't put it in a safer position. That being said they could have been more careful. I'm hoping it works when I hook it back up. Now the good part. I was in a horrible mood when they showed up because I'm dealing with all the stuff a person deals with when moving. I was a bit short with them and they put up with my negative attitude for a few minutes. They worked fast and hard and were very careful with the rest of the move. A couple of real nice guys and I definitely recommend them.

Both of my movers (who's names I cannot remember) were super respectful and quick. All of my stuff made it inside just fine and nothing was broken. They also worked very fast. I used a POD and it was empty within an hour.

Mark Gus Chris Dustin were here on time, wrapped and protected our belongings. Highly recommend!

Outstanding experience using R.E.D.S moving labor to pack my Penske truck for an out of state move. They were communicative ahead of the move and even arrived a little early to ensure we started right on time. Marcus was an absolute wizard at Tetris-ing everything into the truck, with room to spare! All my things were loaded efficiently and with care; not a thing moved or shifted during the drive. Cannot recommend highly enough, so happy to have used these guys!

We moved from a two bedroom apartment with three flights of stairs and They carried a lot of stuff down several flights of stairs and never complained once. Two nice gentlemen who made a good team working with my husband! It was nice to see them in an assembly line just getting the job done. We appreciate the extra hands.
