They're on time, they are courteous, they are very careful of your items and of the home that they are moving things in and out of, and I will absolutely use them for my next move. On time, polite, professional, and competent. I don't think anyone else could have completed the unloading of our POD any faster. Liam and Jaime were quick, worked together well, were friendly, and obviously experienced movers. Many thanks for their efforts today. Jonathan and Brandon kept in touch with us, arrived on time and went right to work. They were courteous and respectful to us, and to our belongings. They kept a positive attitude, even though we underestimated our load volume , and it took longer than expected because of that. We are very happy with the work they did!

Josh, the owner, knew exactly how best to strategize each box and furniture, similar to a jigsaw puzzle, to fit the items safely and securely into the 16' container. He and his crew used my moving blankets to carefully wrap many antique furniture and, various glass top pieces. His son Evan, Josiah, and Ken, were all mindful, professional, efficient, and respectful of the owner's job site. I would highly recommend them to anyone moving.

The two man crew came on time and ready to work. They were professional and hard working and unloaded some really heavy pieces in a short amount of time. They were careful with all my furniture and very helpful-- even putting together my two bed frames. I would recommend The Moving Guys to anyone moving in the Portland area.

Movers communicated well (before and during the move) and moved everything efficiently and with care. They were friendly, polite and accommodating. They had good attitudes even though the POD had to be placed pretty far away from my apartment and move everything up a full set of narrow, outside stairs. I would definitely hire them again and recommend the to friends.

I had a weird situation where I was moving from a downstairs apartment to a 3rd floor apartment due to water damage upon move in. Five Star movers was fantastic. They got all of my heavy, awkward items up two flights of stairs, and they were careful and respectful of my things. I couldn't have done it without them! I highly recommend them!

They did a wonderful job. Made sure all my items were secure and protected. Friendly and hard working.

We were really pleased as the crew was most efficient, polite and careful with our furniture. They were able to unload the 16' POD in about an hour and fifteen minutes. They used the remaining 45 mins. to help move materials from upstairs and reposition boxes and furniture within the house. Having professional movers was tremendously helpful for us when we remodeled and had wood floors installed and refinished. If you're remodeling, rent a 16' POD for a month, hire Oregon Trail Moving to load the POD with all your packed household goods and 3.5 weeks later hire them again to unload the POD and put your gear back into your castle. The expense of hiring the movers to load and unload the POD and the POD rental was well worth it. For retired folks, I'd recommend this for anyone doing major remodeling to their home. Oregon Trail Moving has terrific employees. Most appreciated!
