Our two helpers focused their entire time on organizing and then packing in our household goods....with only one short break during their 3 hour effort. I watched as they carefully arranged the boxes and items so as to complete the task with a very tightly stacked load that ended up within the 10 foot trailer space I had planned for. Our load arrives in a week and we'll see then for sure how well it was all placed, but their efforts was very professional and far better than I could have ever done on my own.

The team was amazing! From the crew lead DJ, to the rest of the team Ashton, Gregory, and Dustin. They worked really hard and worked well with my husband and I throughout the whole process. Including the extra time it took. I would highly recommend them. Thank you TEAM!

They arrived on the early side of the window, which i appreciated. They worked hard and were respectful of property and new flooring. They finished in under 2 hours.

The guys were awesome.. it was a tough move with tough angles, lousy weather and a lot of space between the pod and the house.. not once did they complain and were completely professional.. couldn't be happier with them - hard working, respectful and done good dudes..

Jonathan and Brandon kept in touch with us, arrived on time and went right to work. They were courteous and respectful to us, and to our belongings. They kept a positive attitude, even though we underestimated our load volume , and it took longer than expected because of that. We are very happy with the work they did!

The two man crew came on time and ready to work. They were professional and hard working and unloaded some really heavy pieces in a short amount of time. They were careful with all my furniture and very helpful-- even putting together my two bed frames. I would recommend The Moving Guys to anyone moving in the Portland area.

Mark, Junior, Chris and Tobi wee the third crew who has helped us and they were fantastic just like the first crew. They were hard working, professional, kind and worked extremely carefully to protect our freshly painted walls and new carpet and hardwoods. This is the only company we will ever use. Thank you!!!

The two movers worked hard and they worked fast. I was very appreciative of their work ethic and effort. They strived to get as much done as possible given the truck size and 4 hours time I had sought. One problem. My bed was flat as can be at the initial address. When I set the bed up at the New address and it appears permanently, the bed now has a pronounced bulge in it.

I hired Five Star Movers, two guys for 2 hours, to move furniture from my house into a storage pod. They were a little late arriving, because they got lost trying to get to my house (there were some road closures due to snow and ice), but they communicated with me all along and the arrival time wasn't a problem. They were prepared for the job and worked hard. I had obtained furniture blankets and shrinkwrap ahead of the job, which they used to carefully wrap each piece. They also secured all furniture within the pod using straps (as the pod was to be moved to another location). They finished within the alloted 2 hours. The guys are very friendly and personable and I will definitely use Five Star Movers again.
