The person was very engaging. She wiped down cabinets and some walls. I may not understand I have to let her know every thing that needs to be cleaned. So we need to work on communication. I left messages with Lance. But no reply. I am having difficulty setting up a schedule cause I can’t get a response . communication is difficult. I appreciate the service.

The two helpers assigned to my job were on time, courteous, and kept busy. They did not seem to be too experienced in how to best load household goods to prevent damage for a long trip, but having been in the business for a very long time, I offered up some coaching, which they readily accepted. They did neglect to bring their dolly, which was listed as standard on their list of available equipment, but fortunately, I did not have much heavy material and they did not have far to travel since the truck was backed right up to the storage unit. Nevertheless, my belongings made it 1000 miles, across two time zones, completely intact and undamaged. Well done.

The 3 helpers that I had scheduled to come to my home arrived on time. The kept me update to date to let me know who was coming and what time they were expected to arrive. They were all nice and never complained throughout the whole moving process. They were prepared for the job and respectful to my property and goods. Honestly three of the best movers I have ever had. I would recommend Thomas, Ruben, and Joey to anyone that needs help moving their stuff. These guys were so nice and easy to work with. Great group of gentleman!

They were on time - actually came earlier than the allowed time selections based on my situation - and super friendly. They did a great job of packing up the truck quickly and safely. I'd definitely recommend them!

The lead of the crew: Gus, was very professional and thorough. He asked question to be clear on my needs. He placed the contents on my moving truck economically and securely. My items arrived safely to my destination. They made excellent use of the time allotted.

Joseph and his co-worker did an outstanding job with transferring a very heavy object that probably should have had 2 extra guys to help lift. Very professional and stayed positive. Effective problem solvers! Very courteous too. They were on time, prepared, worked hard and respectful of our property. I would definitely use them again

All the men were very professional and willing to tackle any of the unloading tasks and assemblies required. All worked well with each other and always talked with Joe if they had any questions. We would recommend them to any of our loading or unloading moves again.
