Pack Mule Moving did an incredible job for us with less than 24 hours notice. They even stayed an extra hour beyond what se had booked to help us out. They were hardworking, caring guys who worked super hard.

Howard and Sean were absolutely OUTSTANDING! Upon arrival they introduced themselves to my husband and me. Then, they immediately asked to be shown what needed to be packed. Both of them were VERY professional and extremely careful with our property. They worked non-stop and when finished asked if there was anything else they could do. Most importantly and amazingly, they packed our U-haul truck tight as a drum to include tying down items that could become loose. When they finished, we had HALF a truck left for filling!!! We originally thought the truck was not going to hold all of the items we had ready for loading. Additionally, when one of the top pieces of our German schränk had a side come loose while Sean and Howard were lifting it, Howard immediately brought the matter to our attention and offered his own tools for us to use in fixing the loose side. There are not words adequate enough to express our sincere appreciation for all of the hard work Howard and Sean did without complaint. Both gentlemen were kind and respectful. The company which employs them is definitely fortunate to have such model employees working for them. Lastly, I would like to send a shoutout to Brandon who contacted me (1) to see if I had any questions or concerns shortly after I made my reservation; (2) to reconfirm the job the day prior; and (3) to let me know that Howard and Sean were running behind on the job right before ours, but would arrive as quickly as possible. Definitely, use hire-a-helper when moving yourself.

The three men I had moving my belongings were extremely hard workers. They hustled and got everything done in a timely manner, but didn't rush or cut corners. They did everything that I asked them to do without a single hesitation. I would recommend them to anyone moving.

Since I am not from the area I didn't know what to expect. They were on time as promised and had me finished ahead of the time allotted. When I unpacked 2100 miles later their loading skills were evident as I had hardly any shift in my load. They exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend them.

Brandon and Howard were great. Brandon notified a few days before to get a handle on what I was moving. Even though they were worked short handed the job was completed in the scheduled time. They confirmed where everything needed to go. I would definitely use them again.

They were on time, ready to get to work. What I failed to tell them that beside the half full 10x25 storage I also had 2 10X20 one quarter full. They worked hard and was very careful with the fine prices. Four hours later everything was loaded on one 26 ft UHaul truck. we experienced. One small glitch, the 60 inch projection TV wouldn't fit on the truck. So the crew and myself walked it a cross the street ang put in a diipser rDump dumper.3

Brandon and his helper did a good job overall. They effectively moved some difficult pieces and helped ensure the truck was loaded efficiently. They took a little too long trying for "perfection" on the load with re-arranging boxes and pieces instead of moving forward. After some discussion, the approach moved more rapidly and the truck was well loaded and no damage to contents after move. I would consider using them again.
