Super fast! Friendly. Would and will hire again.

The guys showed up on time and ready to go. They were careful with my stuff and loaded things the way I wanted, but also helped me figure out better ways to stack or stuff when I hit a snag. We got everything I had thought would fit into the pod and still had room, so they came back for a few minutes 2 evenings later to help me get a couple of heavy things into the pod before it was picked up the next day. It’s worth noting that Felipe and Brad are deaf (Brad can read lips), but there may be a hearing person with them. But even if there isn’t, between texting, pointing, and post-its, communication is not a problem.

Were they on time? Actually arrived early. They had a travel conflict and worked out the change to my convenience. Were they prepared for the job? Yes. Did they work hard? Yes Were they respectful of your property and goods? Yes, it slowed them a bit to do so but appreciated it. Would you use them again? Yes

Did a great job loading pod for moving. They called ahead of scheduled time and were able to get here early and job was done super quickly. Curtis the owner was here overseeing things and helping. Very nice crew and definitely would recommend.

Absolutely amazing crew! My move was extremely stressful as it was cross-country and these guys put all my nerves at ease. They took care of all my belongings with care, were proactive in problem solving, quick, efficient, and very communicative on absolutely everything they saw and surveyed to be damaged from the prior crew i had from another company. They did not let any mistakes happen. I don’t want to love for a very long time as i’m a bit exhausted, but next time i do in JAX, im calling these guys for sure.

Helpers arrived on time and worked hard the entire time. They were really nice and knew exactly how to load my moving truck. If you need help moving, these guys are the best. -KCK

They arrived early for me which was much appreciated. They were accommodating with my multiple stops and changing needs. They didn’t want me to lift a finger to help. The smell of smoke was a little off putting.

Unloaded in one hour. Very fast and efficient.

I would highly recommend Deangelo Devon Crawford Jr's crew Jamie and Mike. They were on time and got right to work. I am on the second floor so they had to bring all items up stairs. They worked hard until they completed the job and they were both very respectful. I would use them again!!!

The guys were 5 minutes early and ready to go! They did an amazing job and treated everything as if it was their own stuff. They offered to put my bed back together and help in any way they could. I could not have been happier with the help I received. My only complaint is that the Prestige Movers charged me for an extra hour I did not request or need. They called the day before my move and asked if I could start the move an hour earlier, as the appointment before mine had been moved up. I agreed as it did not impact me significantly. Unfortunately they extended my appointment by an hour instead of moving it up and then charged me for an extra non refundable hour. Hire a Helper did refund some of the cost of the extra hour but be sure to double check the duration on your confirmation email when using Prestige Moving.
