Absolutely wonderful experience. We had the same guys twice, and had excellent service. On time, communicated, positive, fast moving. Could not recommend enough honestly. Not a single complaint even though it was 90+ outside. Special shoutout to Marcus for his attention to detail and service.

They called ahead to let me know they were slightly delayed. Then they arrived and got to work right away. They moved all my things and took great care too. I wasn’t sure if all my items would fit in the trailer but they were masters at making it all fit into the pod and secured it tightly. I would definitely hire this team again!

They were fantastic guys nice courteous they save me money with getting everything into one pod, which is amazing would use them over and over and over again, but hopefully I won’t move ever again lol

Items from a 900sqft 1 bedroom apartment moved to a single U Pack container took almost 2 hrs. The gentlemen were courteous and professional and managed to stuff all my items into a single container. I was nervous I may have needed a second container but they were Tetris pros. I would Highly Recommend Them and will use them again if I move back to the area. I would also recommend for most to order two containers from a moving company like U pack if you have more then a studio or small 1 bedroom. As you will run out of room with larger items.

Both Maurice and Naz (spelling?) were excellent doing this job. They worked hard and very efficiently. They packed everything into the containers and had room to spare. I was amazed!! I would highly recommend them to others. Thanks, Betty Earl

They were on time and ready to start working as soon as they arrived!! It was great that the first thing was to ask to see what was being moved, and asked questions as they went. They were very pleasant and respectful to everyone and everything. I would be delighted to use them, and recommend them to others.

Our movers were prompt, professional, courteous, and in general a pleasure to deal with. They worked for the entire two hour period at a rapid and steady pace. Their packing and arranging ability meant we made use of the entire POD - no way we could have gotten as much in it ourselves. I give Bana Brothers the highest possible recommendation.

All four of the workers did an outstanding job. They were prompt, professional, offered excellent communication and updates, and did the job in a thorough, top notch manner. Also found Ernesto to be an excellent leader who was very cordial and engaging and the perfect liaison to the other workers. I would highly recommend them and I most certainly will utilize their expertise and efforts in the future.

The team was on time, stayed busy the entire time, were profession, respectful and helpful. NOTHING was damaged!! They took extra care to wrap and cover all pieces. Jerry did an amazing job getting things placed in the truck so that they were secure and did not slide or move in transit. I am so happy that I selected this mover and team. I cannot say enough good things about them. I would hire them in an instant if I had to move again. Highly recommend this team.

Malik & Damien were on time; they certainly worked their butts off, in the heat, unloading the 20' truck that didn't have much furniture (I didn't have much in the way of furniture) but I did have lots of tubs and boxes! I believe they appreciated their tip as well as drinks & snacks provided! Thank you!
