We had excellent service. Our three movers arrived timely (in fact, we had to wait a few minutes for the Pod to arrive). It was blazing hot but they worked efficiently. They took good care of our furniture, helped set it up the bed and put together the couch for us. They were super sweet. I would definitely use them again.

I was late but the movers on time and when I arrived they knocked out what i needed.

They called before they were due to give me their arrival time and they were on the minute! They worked fast and with care and were extremely courteous. Got done early even though it was in the 90s and humid-- they didn't stop for a minute! I highly, highly recommend this company!

They were on time, personable and respectful but not as adept at loading the pod as promised. Took twice the amount of time 6 hours and was unable to fit everything. In the end they missed a piece of furniture in a closet that they were reminded about several times and had to unload things from the pod to fit it, and because they ran out of time was unable to reload everything that should have fit. Some of it due to not taking a desk and table apart to utilize the space adequately. Nice guys but need more experience.

Outstanding crew. Did a great job packing the UPack cubes and wrapping the furniture. Did a great job making sure things were protected in the house as items were moved out. Highly recommend.
