These guys did an outstanding job! They were courteous, on time and and took very good care of our stuff while they moved it. They went above and beyond, I highly recommend them. They will be the only moving group for our family in the future.

Awesome guys! Very punctual. Came with cart and dolly and literally tetrised the entire pod with all the boxes. We had a second pod schedulEd for a later day thinking we wouldnt be able to fit all our items. But they literally fit everything and more than we thought we could fit in the initial POD. Very literally saved the time and money.

The movers did arrive on time and worked very hard to load my house contents into the Upack containers. They were respectful to me. They did stack the containers tightly. I did provide them with water as it was hot and pizza. I would use them again.

Larry was incredible. He didn't played the usual delay tactics that previous movers have used to stall so that they can extend the time. Excellent job!!

Wanya and Marquan Professional/ fast / courteous

We hired a 3 man crew for 2 hours and they made it work. They started right at 12pm and finished at 2pm. Two of them had more knowledge and experience than the 3rd one but that all worked out. They definitely worked as a team. They were respectful of our belongings and wrap a lot of the items with care. We have used other companies in the past and this one definitely had a better understanding of how to load the pod strategically. Just like a puzzle. We requested to have space towards the front so we can load last minute things and they kept that in mind. I recommend them for your next pack and load. Thank you guys!

Morris Moving and Storage was so awesome in assisting my son and his family with their move by packing their U-Haul They either met or exceeded our expectations in every category you can think about. Here are a few: - On time - Definitely prepared for the job - Worked hard and followed instructions very well - The two gentlemen were not only respectful of our property and goods, they were extremely respectful of us as a customer. This means more to me as a customer than any other category!!! I've been in customer service my entire working career and the world has lost their respect. It was quite refreshing to see it still exists. - If we were to make a move in the Texas area, we would definitely use them again.

The guys were nice, but appeared unprepared for the job. They made multiple comments that made my wife uncomfortable e.g. “wow yall have a lot of stuff”, “man I’m tired”. We paid the 4hr minimum with the understanding that they would only be there for a couple of hours. I made this clear when I submitted my booking. The shift was for 6p-10p. They arrived close to 7p and we were done before 9p. I’m happy we cut them early because they had no clear intention, or energy, of staying until 10pm. Now granted, me and a friend gave them a hand the entire time and this was after I drove the moving truck for 10 hrs across the country. Upon leaving, one of the gentlemen made sure to insist on me leaving them a tip for their service, which seemed odd since I’m paying for more than an hour of work that they didn’t have to do…… anyways …. Overall the service by Texas Top Tier was subpar. The team was late, but honestly if they had the work ethic to be willing to help until 10p as contracted then it wouldn’t be an issue. The issue is that they were ready to clock out the moment they clocked in. I definitely don’t feel like I got my moneys worth but at this point it is what it is.

Work welldone

This was my 2nd time using A1 Loyalty Movers and was fortunate enough to have Larry Elton again. They did a FANTASTIC job, and once again went above and beyond to help make my transition as smooth as possible. I'm sp grateful! I would very highly recommend their services to anyone in need of affordable and efficient help moving!

Ismaila and Mike were insightful, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend Xtra Affordable. I hired Xtra Affordable on June 25, 2024, to unload a badly loaded container with damages to my furniture. It was a long-distance move relocation from CA to TX. My experience with Xtra Affordable was pleasant and I couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Joshua and his team were EXCELLENT! The worked very hard and kept to the timeline I had. My furniture was handled with care and packed well so nothing was damaged, dinged or roughed up. They had great attitudes and handled some frustrations in a pleasant manner. I would highly recommend these guys!!
