Seave to tell that a 5 dawer file cabinet was damaged by the loading crew. I have taken pictures of the damage of the item. Screws on both sides of the rails fell out and only 2 were recovered. Please get back to me on how to make the claim.

What a professional company Elijah communicated with us the day of the delivery he called 2 hours before arrival and they were on time The crew was very helpful, polite and went out of their way to ask what I needed help with other than moving the furniture and boxes . They helped put my dining room table legs back on I had to remove them to fit better on our container and helped put my couch legs back on because POG needed to take them off to fit in the family room .
