On the day before our scheduled move, I received a text message that said that the helpers would be available at 2 PM. When I scheduled the help, I had received conformation for my appointment from 8-9 AM. We could not wait until 2 PM so I called them. They had a difficult time finding someone to do that time slot. The last time I talked to the office, they had found one and was waiting on a call back to confirm a second helper. The next morning, I received a text that they would be here at 8:15 and they were. The 2 helpers were very young men. They began loading the boxes I had marked to go first and were very friendly. They liked to chat a lot. I had to leave for a while and my husband was there to supervise. When I got back, they were trying to load the last piece of furniture. They were not strong enough to lift it into the truck even with the use of our furniture dolly or 2-wheel dolly. They attempted it several times. Finally with the help of my husband and myself, they got it into the truck. We really did enjoy them, but we needed someone who would be able to lift the furniture.

Two polite young men called to ask if they could arrive early. They worked quickly, followed instructions, were respectful, and unloaded the entire POD in less than the time expected. Excellent communication from the staff. All of this was scheduled last minute as well, yet was very easy to book through the site. Highly recommended!

First of all, they called to let us know they were running a bit late which we appreciated. These two young men were absolutely wonderful! Friendly and VERY hard workers plus they were SO efficient and pleasant to be around. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I sure was impressed! These guys were on time, prepared with their own hand trucks, and ready to work. It was a hot humid afternoon, and still they moved like lightning. I have moved so many times (7 times in 8 years) and hired a lot of people who claim they are reputable movers, but these guys really know what they are doing. My full 26’ truck had boxes of books and boxes of collectible ceramics. Nothing was damaged!!!! First time ever in my life. Even friends and family who know I care about my stuff, have broken things that were important to me. Not these guys! Best job ever! I intend to use them again, TWICE more for the remainder of my things. I didn’t have high expectations at the beginning because of all my other lousy mover experiences, but they certainly raised the bar. I trust they will move my stuff (and yours) with care and they don’t waste time! Thank you guys! See you soon.

John and Q did a great job with our move. I would highly recommend them and hire a helper. The gentleman were polite, hardworking, and very efficient. Their tetris skills were tested but everything fit and Pod was totally filled. Thanks for a great experience.

This was by far the best experience I've had while moving. We were not at all as prepared as we should have been when they arrived but they just jumped in and helped us get it done. And their positive attitudes never faltered, even when they had to work a couple of hours past what they had planned (Again, because of us). They were extremely careful of all our things. I pointed out a table that had belonged to my mother and when he finished wrapping it, Q had me look at it to make sure it was to my liking. We called them the Tetris masters for the way they packed the storage cube. Hard workers, positive attitudes, careful with our things and knew what they were doing, so, yes, I would hire them again in a minute.
