I booked the “loading side” with them, in Covina Calif. They told me they could also unload in Texas. So I booked both side of the move, reasonable prices. Both pairs, loading and unloading end were on time, actually 15 minutes early. On time, prepared to work and very courteous. The both did excellent work, and were extremely helpful. Not sure who does the hiring and training but these two pairs were the best. I would recommend them to family, more importantly, I would use them again. Great job to everyone!!!!

Everything about them is incredible. They are kind, professional and prompt. They are all very strong, quick, and organized. This was my first experience hiring moving labor help and David and team are true professionals. They were really patient with guiding me as I drove the truck and they made me feel comfortable. The whole team made me feel safe and confident through the whole process-which is really important to me. I am a single mom and an event like moving can feel impossible and overwhelming. I would describe David and his team as top notch in all fields: Professional, prompt, kind, compassionate, safe, careful, and friendly! All of my stuff was handled with care, and walls and corners were kept safe and sound. Thank you David and team for not just being great movers, but great people too!

The first half of the move was great. They were very polite and worked hard throughout the morning packing the truck and planning how to fit things in. We didn’t get a big enough truck which was on us for sure. However, their communication about what to prioritize getting into the truck wasn’t effective. We picked items to leave out and some of those made it in. Once the truck was full they got out of here quick. We paid for an extra half hour because the policy was to “not prorate” yet they didn’t spend that half hour helping us get all the extra things back inside they had brought out. Stuff was left all over the lawn. Including pieces of furniture they had taken apart and half moved into the truck. Just a lack of care for finishing the job well and I feel very much like I over paid.

The movers did great packing the truck. They were fast and used every space available. They were able to get all the heavy stuff loaded and tied down before their time ran out. My only complaint is that I needed more time to finish the packing but they were not available to stay bc they had another job to get to. My question is what should I have done? The website offers to add additional time if needed but if the movers are unavailable then that defeats the cushion of adding more hours. So now I am looking for ppl to come and help me finish the truck and I am not physically able to lift and move the house.

They were late by 3-4 hours the date scheduled so we rescheduled the next day and then they were late again a few hours. If you use this service, the earlier your appointment, the better. Ours was a small job and got sandwiched between big jobs. However, the two men they sent treated our stuff with TLC and put it where we wanted it. They were very pleasant to work with.

I had Andreas and Carmilo and they honestly could not have done a better job. I booked the two of them for 3 hours and they got my job done in less than two. They were very friendly, professional and I would absolutely recommend them to anybody. Thank you guys so much!

These guys were go getters and very pleasant to work with. They handled my blunders of me telling them the wrong frames for which Beds, etc. My house is a tight fit but they went over & beyond the call of duty to get items in my house even if it meant taking the long way around outside so nothing would get damaged. They didn't even mind caring lots of heavy rocks up a 40' foot incline. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone. Keep these guys around, they are great. Prompt too.

I was Nervous as a single Mom moving to a New State on my own & They showed up on time & They were 2 Very, Very Respectful Men, No let me say 2 Gentlemen in every way!!!They were so great & So Kind about everything & They got all of my stuff unloaded under time! And they asked if I Needed help setting up all my beds and things that needed to be put together and they did & set up all my bed frames and beds & put my other things together!! And helped me set up heavy stuff I couldn’t lift!!! These 2 Men were a true blessing to me! ??!!! ?? They were very professional & that made me feel really comfortable!!
