I had the pleasure of working with Xavier and Terrick. I scheduled for a 9 AM move. I wasn’t too pleased with the reschedule of my move, because it put me in 25 minutes worth of lunch traffic that could’ve been avoided had the original time been kept. I ended up having to pay for an extra hour, however the guys moved fast up 2 flights of stairs. Would definitely use and recommend again.

David and crew moved us out three months ago and moved us back in today after our remodeling was completed. They performed quickly and with precision. They were very careful with our belongings and our home. If their work was not done perfectly, I could not tell you how.

I booked the “loading side” with them, in Covina Calif. They told me they could also unload in Texas. So I booked both side of the move, reasonable prices. Both pairs, loading and unloading end were on time, actually 15 minutes early. On time, prepared to work and very courteous. The both did excellent work, and were extremely helpful. Not sure who does the hiring and training but these two pairs were the best. I would recommend them to family, more importantly, I would use them again. Great job to everyone!!!!

Hello! David and Arnold are top notch at getting things from point A to point B! They are kind, polite, quick-witted thinkers! And they are strong, with stamina! Quintessential! It was fun to have them here helping me get from my point A to my point B! I had done a lot of prep work which they kindly acknowledged and so coordinated their efforts with mine. I felt like a kid again, with my then brothers! A couple of nice guys! Such a pleasant time for me to have had them working for and with me! A few more days and I’m on my way!! Thank you, David, and thank you, Arnold! A nice memory for me to enjoy!

They were right on time, worked quickly and carefully. I couldn't have asked for better.

The first half of the move was great. They were very polite and worked hard throughout the morning packing the truck and planning how to fit things in. We didn’t get a big enough truck which was on us for sure. However, their communication about what to prioritize getting into the truck wasn’t effective. We picked items to leave out and some of those made it in. Once the truck was full they got out of here quick. We paid for an extra half hour because the policy was to “not prorate” yet they didn’t spend that half hour helping us get all the extra things back inside they had brought out. Stuff was left all over the lawn. Including pieces of furniture they had taken apart and half moved into the truck. Just a lack of care for finishing the job well and I feel very much like I over paid.

I admired their energy and enthusiasm. They were able to fit me in way earlier as planned, however, I asked if they had a hammer and could help me hang my TV, and said no problem. When they arrived all was done correct and followed my instruction where things went. We were well before my 2 hour minimum and I asked the helpers if they could just give me a hammer and help me hang my tv (I had the easy nail in hangars but need 2 to hang) they quoted me $80 to hang a tv. That was the only thing that upset me. Said they needed a drill gun nooo these are different hangars and I have a drill gun! Whatever. I took an L.

The movers did great packing the truck. They were fast and used every space available. They were able to get all the heavy stuff loaded and tied down before their time ran out. My only complaint is that I needed more time to finish the packing but they were not available to stay bc they had another job to get to. My question is what should I have done? The website offers to add additional time if needed but if the movers are unavailable then that defeats the cushion of adding more hours. So now I am looking for ppl to come and help me finish the truck and I am not physically able to lift and move the house.

The guys were on time; brought runners to protect the floor; worked quickly and efficiently; very respectful to me and of my property; overall great, would recommed!
