They got the job done quick! It only took them 2 hrs and 15 min to unload our packed-to-the-ceiling 26' U-Haul. They were polite and courteous. Could have been a little more gentle with some items, but nothing was damaged in the process. One spoke English well, the other did not. I booked them for 3 hours, but there was no refund for the time they didn't use (which was my oversight.) Overall, I would book them again.

Hired 2 workers for 2 hours. Only one showed up. This guy was amazing and was able to unload a full 10 ft truck/ full soul basically by himself. Definitely would recommend, they reimbursed for the additional worker that didn’t show up but other than that raul and his helper were amazing. Use if you are in need of a friendly/ helpful mover!

The good - the crew was on time (even a bit early). They were cheerful, polite, and fast. The bad - I hired 4 people for 3 hours, but they rushed through the job in 2 hours. They loaded a 16-ft PODS container for me, but not everything fit. Instead of taking some time and asking me to prioritize my belongings, as the POD filled up, they threw in anything that would fit into any little nook or crevice, ultimately leaving out my office desk and chair, among other things. My daughter and I ended up repacking the last quarter of the POD in order to save the desk at the expense of some less necessary items. The ugly - the crew was not entirely careful. They knocked some plaster off of a corner of a wall, they nicked a chunk out of my front door moving a refrigerator through, and they tore a door between two garage bays off its bottom and middle hinges, none of which I noticed until after they had left.
