There were two guys who came to help us load a PODs shipping container. The guys worked hard and the container got packed. The only issue we really had was the guys had very limited English skills and my Spanish was worse than their English, so it was a struggle at times. We used a combination of broken Spanglish and a translate app on our phones to get through most of it. I think I paid for 3 hours and it was obvious that were were going to finish closer to the 2 hour mark and I could tell the younger of the guys was just trying to get it done and would get a little sloppy with how he was handling our stuff. I get it, I don't like to be at work any longer than I have to either, but I assume the company was going to pay them for three and not two, so I would have appreciated a little more care. The older guy seemed careful the whole time that I saw.

The three-man team was excellent, efficient, courteous, and professional. Moving Staffers not so! It took the three-man team one hour to load the POD and yet I was charged for three hours. when I contacted Moving Staffers there were indifferent to my situation and refused to offer any considerations and bluntly told me to read the contract again and abruptly disconnected the phone call. NOT WHAT I WOULD CALL GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The team that completed my unloading was fantastic! They were efficient, professional, and greatly exceeded expectations. I expected them to complete a portion of the unloading (heavy, awkward items) but I would have to finish up based on the time I requested and size of the trailer being unloaded. This team completed the entire unloading of a 27'x9'x8' ABF trailer while also being very careful with my items. I highly recommend Roblas Services for anyone looking for a great moving team!
