Very dependable professional hard workers

Very efficient service. I called them from California and arranged the movers for Tyler, Texas. All the process and payment was done on the phone. Documents signed via a secure link on the phone. The movers arrived at the appointed time and day. Courteous and efficient. Very smooth move. Highly recommended.

Two young people where there on time. They were helpful, patient and efficient. The were careful with our staff and placed them in the container as efficiently as possible to fit everything. Definitely recommend them and have them in my mind for the future.

They were in time and offered guidance ahead of my scheduled time as to what all I needed to breakdown! The crew worked extremely hard to get all my items into the pods I had available, hard game of Tetris!!

Nice guys and did get the job completed , however I felt their communication skills were lacking - I was the one constantly reaching out to confirm and check in . Also they were approx 30 mins late .

This is a group of gentle giants, who took great care of our furniture of our home and left after folding blankets, winding straps and moving us into our home in the most pleasant experience possible. I plan to hire these gentlemen again whenever I move is needed. I highly recommend them.

They were on time. They worked carefully, quickly, and efficiently. They were respectful of my property and goods. They were pleasant to work with. They did all of the set-up I asked them to do.

Would highly recommend them for moving services. The guys were polite, asked questions about my belongings, and made sure that I was comfortable with everything they did. They loaded the truck with care, and efficiency. No damage to any of my things in the process, and they even helped take a few large items to the dumpster before they headed out.

Old West Moving was exceptional. Clear communication the week before and when I needed to change the date and they were very accommodating. Jerome and his colleague arrived ahead of the scheduled time, were courteous and worked diligently the entire time. I would 100% recommend them and would use them again - Jerome was wonderful !
