Hi, First of all, I want to mention that the team arrived on time and had great communication leading up to the day of service. The three movers were punctual, very polite, and helpful. I really appreciated that part of the experience. However, I was quite disappointed to find out after they left that several areas of my home—specifically walls and door frames—were damaged while they were moving furniture in. I understand some spaces are tight, but I expected more care from trained and experienced movers. Unfortunately, there were multiple noticeable marks and scratches left behind, which was frustrating and not what I anticipated from a professional service.

Kevin, CJ, and Alonso did great. They worked fast, with care and got my whole moving trailer unloaded without issues including a piano, beds, china cabinet, etcs. They were friendly and fun as well.

The guys were on time, friendly, funny, and hustled. It took less than an hour to unload my POD. They worked well together. It was nice having someone who took pride in what they do. Will definitely call again when my lease is up.

Only one of the movers seemed to know what he was doing. The 2nd guy didn’t...it was as if it was his first move. Guy 1 was instructing guy 2 with verbal commands. They did not call ahead of time so when they arrived I was not there yet. And guy 2 scooted a chair across my brand new vinyl plank and scratched it in several pieces. I would not recommend Christian Veteran Movers.
