They communicated regularly with apologies at as the prior job ran over and we were fine with it. Ours ran over by a lot!! They worked very hard and were very respectful to us and to the items being moved. We were thankful they were able and willing to stay 3 additional hours to finish as we definitely underestimated this move. They never complained, they were so kind and exhausted by the time they were done. They used their phone to translate from Spanish with us. It would have been helpful if one of them spoke English. That’s my only future request.

Great guys! Worked extremely hard because I had so much stuff! I don’t plan on moving again, but if I did, Chase and Cali would be my go to guys!

Excellent!!!

Golden Movers LLC was terrific! We had them booked for 3 hours to unload our moving truck into our new 1-story house. They showed up on time, with the appropriate supplies to safely unload all of our items. Even with our very large/full truck, they were able to unload it in less time than what we had booked them for. They did not damage anything and followed our directions well on where to place items. They were super easy to work with and we would be willing to book them again or recommend them to friends... although we have ZERO plans to move again anytime soon. :)

I was so worried all my stuff wouldn't fit in the POD. They fit everything in perfect!! They did an amazing job and went above and beyond to help me. I was supposed to have 2 guys for 2 hours. When they didn't show up I called and Rene came to the rescue. He did all the work himself and had my invoice corrected. I would recommend this company to eveyone! The price worked on my budget and they got the job done!

They worked so hard it was torture in 104 degrees and running up and down stairs. I really appreciated them. Good guys.

The crew did well. Very helpful, great attitudes and teamwork. Especially since they were not told to be prepared to have equipment to move an upright grand piano - for which we paid an extra $200. Despite this, they were able to safely load a very heavy piano - but it would have been easier and safer if they had known and had the appropriate moving equipment with them. We would definitely use them for future moves.

We were so unprepared for the movers today, but both of our movers were so patient and helpful! We got everything and then some moved out of our place. I would 100% recommend them to anyone in the area.

They came that morning we called, very Strong and efficient. My husband appreciated their help .

They were amazing, emptied out my 20 foot u-haul within 2hrs and reassembled my bedroom set!! I will use them again if I have to move again.

They where great. Arrived early and where very careful with all of our items. Worked diligently and finished early. We are new to Texas so they had great advice on places to go and things to do. I would definitely use them again

Alex and crew did an awesome job. They arrived on time, took care of our stuff, loaded everything on the truck with tetris skills, and finished on time. One of our best moves ever and we move a lot. Bonus points for navigating a heavy treadmill through a small hallway without damaging anything.

Trey and Jeff from PNP Professionals did a fantastic job! They arrived on time a d went right to work. They were courteous and very professional. I would definitely use them again!

The 2-men crew arrived on time and loaded and unloaded items quickly. If you are looking for speed, I would recommend them. The company was one of the least expensive options and was available. They made simple adjustments to prepare furniture for transport. Before the crew came, I thought I would be helpful by labeling boxes and furniture to indicate which room they were to go in the new home. I also used painter's tape to mark the floors and indicate how furniture should be positioned. I thought these actions would minimize time and uncertainty. Yet, on numerous occassions, the movers asked where things went when they were clearly labeled. And at one point, boxes were put down but not taken to their assigned room. I got the feeling that they weren't with making sure items were in the correct place. In conclusion, if speed is more important to you than quality and care, I recommend them

These guys have helped us on a couple occasions now. They showed up on time, their trustworthy and they work hard. Really appreciate Brandon and the crew!
