Courtney, John, and Rene were AMAZING! They got the truck and trailer unloaded in a couple hours and took great care with all of our home contents. I was impressed with their courtesy and willingness to ask for guidance when they were unsure where items belonged. I would absolutely use them again for a move and recommend them 100%. They work quick but are careful with your items. Their more then happy to move your items where you wish. The team is also very nice.

The guys were late but they called and let me know so it was ok. They worked hard while they were here. There were 4 of them so it only took them an hour to get everything unloaded from the Capsule. They were all very respectful. I would use them again.

On time. I asked for 8 to 9 AM and they were there at 7:59 AM. Both guys worked hard the entire time. They had a good working relationship and each knew their business. I wish I remembered their names but I stink at names so sorry. Now that the move is over, I look back at the amount of stuff that was moved and I am amazed at how quickly it was loaded. Things I wish I knew before starting: First, loading stinks. It takes a long time. I originally scheduled 2 people for 2 hours. Ended up taking about 5.5 hours. I had a 26' truck and it was packed. Full house and I did all the packing and most of the staging of boxes and big items to the garage the weeks before the move. Second, I didn't understand the helpers are only guaranteed to be there for 4 hours max. Someone else started late because these guys stayed to help me finish. So thanks for that. Sorry to the next guy. Third, use the paper pads these guys can supply. They are way cheaper than buying pads. Rented pads from truck rental places are nasty. I guess people think they are toilet paper or something. They used 44 pads on my move and every single one was worth it. All of my wood furniture made it undamaged. Their plastic wrap is better than Home Depot's and their tape is too. The only bad thing about the paper pads is getting rid of them when you finish the move. Fourth, stay out of their way. They know what they are doing. You are having someone pack for you for a reason. These guys are professional and know their job. Let them do it. Finally, it's going to be stressful. Especially if you have a schedule to make. Manage your family and pets and let these guys manage your loading.

Nothing but positives to say. Michael, the owner, was attentive and communicated with me a lot. This was a one-day turnaround from when I requested it so I was very surprised that they were able to work the next day, on a Sunday no less! They got my stuff moved quickly and efficiently.

Chris and his team did a fantastic job. They worked with me and were extremely flexible when the job turned out to be much bigger than anticipated. They were meticulous when wrapping and moving all my furniture. I am very happy with their performance and highly recommend them to anyone interested in hiring them.
