The crew arrived on time and completed the loading within the time window that we paid for. We were pleased with how much they were able to get into the POD. The only “negative” was there was some damage to one of our door frames - paint was scratched off and doorframe was roughed up. Overall a wonderful experience. Would use them again.

Excellent helpers. Richard & Darwin are gems, they did wonderful job of unloading my 16 ft container. Economic, reliable and punctual. They came with required equipment and really added value for my time & money. I definitely recommend these guys…!!!

I used R & J Moving Co recently, and I was really impressed with how everything went. They came prepared with all the equipment and materials they needed and got right to work without wasting any time. All of the movers worked hard the entire time—no standing around, no distractions. They handled my furniture and boxes with care and were very respectful of my home, making sure not to bump into walls or scratch floors. I appreciated how professional and polite they were throughout the whole process. Moving can be so stressful, but they made it feel manageable. The crew was on time, courteous and professional. I would use them again.

2 helpers/2 hours. One was on time, and the other one was late 1 hour. Never suggested to call for a refund. The one helper who showed up on time did most the work. I had to do some of the moving because of the tardy helper. Called back the next to advise them, and was compensated for the time the one helper was late for. The helpers were friendly. Not sure if I would use them again. Also was linked to SML via the Penske web site. It appears they sub contract local help. So I guess it depends on who you get.
