What a surprise! The young men communicated with me several times on the way to the appointment, letting me know where they were and the estimated time of arrival. When they arrived - on time - they were ready to get to work, listened carefully to my instructions and concerns and then went to work without any delays in the process. They were friendly and professional, did an excellent job in less than the time scheduled, and with a great attitude. I couldn't be happier. I had a team of four to load my 3,000 sqft house into two PODS. The team communicated well with me about how I wanted the the furniture and appliances to be protected and moved. They were on time and efficient getting everything moved. I was extremely pleased with the service provided and the team. I would recommend them and plan to hire them again when it’s time to unload the PODS.

They did show up a little late but they did apologize many times. They were all fantastic as packers. Filled up our 26’ truck perfectly and all had great attitudes. Would definitely use them again.

The movers worked quickly, carefully and were respectful to me and my family.

The guys from Busy Bee's were awesome! They arrived about 30 minutes early to avoid traffic. They were friendly and introduced themselves. We did a walk-through so they could strategize how best to load up our POD. They handled our items with care and made sure to use the appropriate padding for our furniture. When it became clear that a few items wouldn't fit in the POD, they gave advice on the best way to transport and which would be the most cost-effective items to ship. They finished well within the time-frame we had requested. We ended up needing a last-minute cleaning service, and Brian recommended one to us (who also did a fabulous job!!). We enjoyed working with Busy Bee's and would recommend them to anyone who needs help packing or moving.

They were early and quick to finish the job but were careful and really patient during the move. They were very professional and the price was great! I recommend them and will use them again in the future.
