John & Jason were the absolute best. Very friendly and quick getting the job done. My son, who is on the spectrum, enjoyed conversations with both of them. (which is very unlike my son). They did a walk through and remembered where I wanted my belongings. Good job guys. Yes I'd hire them again.

Kevin and Lani were hard workers, who efficiently unloaded our 16ft POD in less than an hour. They handled our belongings with gentle care, and even graciously took the time to place them in the room where each item would go. This made unpacking everything later much less stressful. GRO Transport did a fantastic job moving our furniture up 3 flights of stairs! They arrived early, and got to work right on the schedule. They were great at communicating -- calling the day before and multiple times the day of leading up to the move. Their rates were unbelievable and the movers did an excellent job unloading the entire truck in an efficient manner. I will definitely be using them for my next move!

We moved from Massachusetts to Texas, 1800 miles Drop off of trailer in my driveway was done in a competent manner, on time, efficient as outlined in website and contract Pick up was on time and no hassle Driver used care to not damage paved driveway with trailer weight Trailer was in good condition Customer service on phone to understand how doors closed and locked was excellent.

Movers, Carlos and Bryson were right on time, promptly started loading, and very careful of and considerate of items moved. I was a bit worn out from the process of planning the move, but shortly after they got started my anxiety level was totally lifted because of the ease of conversation and slight (professional) humor at times. They kept me informed about how much empty space was still available on the moving truck and always asked if their was anything else that I needed them to do ( assemble/disassemble etc. And, since I was having issues backing the U-haul into a parking space, Carlos asked me (in such a kind way) if I wanted him to back it up or am I ok doing myself. And, I was soooo happy he asked, lol. Lastly, while we were in route to the drop off address, I had to pull over because my window had clouded up pretty bad, and I dared not to take my eyes off of the narrow construction going on on that road. And, Carlos exited out of his car and approached the u-haul and I asked him to please turn on the defogger, and he did so without hesitation and we continued to the destination where they unloaded in no time at all. Long story short, and based on my experience, these guys are an awesome team, so if you are planning a move, please please give them a call!!! “My Guys Elite”, I will definitely recommend your service to everyone that are looking to make a move or any other related service. So, don’t disappoint me and prepare to be busy!

After 15 years in the same place you would be amazed how much crap you aquire. Those 2 men did a great job, they managed to get 99% in. Got here on time finished on time. Definitely recommend.

They were here and ready to go on time. They listened to my priorities for loading, and did an excellent job of packing my things into the container. They probably would have been done early if I hadn’t sprung more things on them at the last minute because I saw how efficiently they had packed! Great guys.
