The team was great! They had tools needed to disassemble, handled everything with care, packed efficiently and made sure I’d be able To open the door to the POD once it arrives at its final destination. Would highly recommend these guys!

I wish I caught the names but these two movers were fantastic! They were quick, efficient and so careful. They took apart most items in order to effectively utilize the space we had and made sure everything was with its counterparts, wrapped up and protected.

The two individuals that helped us actually move our things were incredible. They worked hard and fast and got a ton done. They were friendly and very respectful. The problem I had was with the actual company. No one reached out prior to our move to confirm everything that we had to be moved. I had to reach out a few days before to confirm that they would be there at the time I booked. On the day of the move I received a call after the movers showed up stating that we had nothing in boxes (we did) and that they were confused on what was being moved. The woman on the phone apologized for not confirming and I let her know what had to be moved. The movers also stayed an extra hour. Fast forward to the day after our move, I paid for what I thought was everything and received a call stating I needed to pay for another two hours. There was no timer or anything to show the exact time, only texts from the movers on their end. So who knows what the actual time was that they had. We compromised and I ended up paying for an additional 1.75 hours. Long story short, the experience with this company was very unorganized and I felt like the company itself acted like they were doing me a favor by helping us move, even though I was paying for the service. Again, the two folks that helped us move were great, but the company itself was so so. I hope this was just a one time thing.

The guys that showed up did a good job. After calling me to confirm my availability they showed up ahead of the originally scheduled time. We did a quick walk-through to get an idea of the scope of the stuff that needed to get loaded into the POD we were renting and what was going to stay behind. Throughout the loading process the guys were flexible and accommodating when asked to focus on a specific room or load a particular item. Towards the very end when the POD was almost full, they left a few more gaps and empty space than I would have liked, but I was able to fill the gaps after they left by pulling out a mattress or two and shoving clothes and small items into the voids. Getting the mattresses back in was a pain, but not nearly as difficult as loading the whole POD! After the POD arrived at its final destination over 1800 miles away, nothing was broken!! Had I not wrapped items in moving blankets and shrink wrap there would have been a lot of scuff marks, but as it is, everything arrived intact.

The helpers showed up early and did an awesome job. They emptied my storage container and helped set everything up. I would use them again if the need were to arise.

Awesome group of young men from How We Move. They were extremely professional, personable and effective. Worked diligently the entire time. Really appreciate having them around to save me some time and aches with that 26ft truck.

They were a bit late, but other than that the service was excellent! They moved everything I asked and didn't complain or protest when I added a few things. All in all a good experience!
