Your card will be authorized (not charged) for the full amount 48 hours before your move. That means the payment is pending but hasn’t gone through yet. If you’re booking a last-minute move (like one scheduled for tomorrow), your card will be authorized right after booking.

Free cancellations up to 48 hours before your move start time. If you cancel fewer than 48 hours before the job start time, a fee of 10% of the order total will be charged. If you cancel fewer than 24 hours before the job start time, a fee equivalent to two hours of the service provider's hourly rate will be charged. Cancellations within one hour of the job start time are not eligible for a refund.
