Thank goodness we reached out to Pro Movers. What a relief! I'm a 5'2" senior woman who needed to load a 16' moving truck with 3 big couches, big boxes, a 25 s.f. bulky leather ottoman and -- I'm not making this up -- a 300 pound bronze boar. It was a little intimidating. These two guys were amazing. They reviewed my video walking through the move and came prepared. They texted consistently ahead of the move to be sure we were still on schedule and didn't need any changes. They showed up precisely on time. They walked through the job with me, then got to work. They didn't just load up my things. They thought about first. They made sure their path through the house with each piece wouldn't hit doorways or chip anything. They distributed the weight in the truck; they wrapped the furniture carefully. They wrestled the boar and walked it through a half acre of gardens without hurting the plants or themselves (that boar was invulnerable, but I worried they'd keel over). After the loading, we still had a while on the 2 hour window, but instead of leaving early, they asked if we needed anything else. I did. I had two big armchairs with ottomans that were moving to another room, as soon as I figured out how to levitate them. No problem, even though I hadn't included them in any video or list. They got them moved and set up in less than 10 minutes. Polite, great guys. Highly recommended!

I want to express the care and thoughtfulness that Sterling and Julio showed in moving me. I am handicapped and have a hard time walking. These guys showed up 7 minutes early, took a look at what was going on, introduced themselves and were amazing. From the time they picked the first piece to the last piece they did amazing. This was the first time ive ever used movers and wont be my last. They were amazing. I cant say enough good about these guys. They were fast, consistent and beat there time of what i had them booked for. I was so blown away at what ana amazing job they did. HIGHLY RECCOMEND THESE TWO GUYS!!

Would hire again. They arrived about 30 minutes past the end of the arrival window due to bad traffic but they checked in several times to update me on the eta and apologized. Worked hard and unloaded a 16 foot POD into a 2 floor condo and assembled 2 beds within a 2 hour window. They were respectful and friendly.

Carlton was really fantastic from the day we booked the move til today when move took place. He arrived on time with coworker Marc Worked straight through and was very careful with our many boxes and furniture. We will be moving again in the future and will definitely use their services again. Highly recommend

These guys were incredibly patient. They were careful with the items moved, helped place all the furniture (sometimes more than once) and did everything possible to make the situation less stressful. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Thanks again!

I hired 2 movers, They were to show up between 9 & 10 am. they called and said they were on their way and would arrive at 9:45. They showed up at 10:50. Due to time restraints, Myself, wife and Siblings had to help unload our PODS. It had to be empty because PODS was picking it up at 11:30. They were right on time! if we did not do the work, it would not have been empty in time. The workers did work hard while they were here. They were very respectful, they helped put our furniture together, after all, we did pay for 2 hours. This may have been an isolated incident. If they were on time, I would have given them 5 stars and Tipped them.

I was able finish my part of the packing early and called Southern Cross to see if they could come a day early. They could!! They came prepared with a great attitudes and great attention to detail. They packed the POD full! I could have never put in all the stuff they fit in it and in the time they did it (2 people x 3 hours). And at a great price. I hope I never have to move again but if I do I will call Southern Cross. Thank you!!!!

These young men did a good job loading a 14' truck to the max with out a hitch. Great job guys.

There was a problem with the scheduled crew- they did not show up. However, a lateafternoon phone call to the company resulted in them sending a 3 man crew post haste. They were prepared, they worked efficiently and the truck was packed properly. They were respectful in all communications and I would use them again.

They did a great job. Moved everything in quickly and efficiently. They even helped hook up the washer and dryer. Semper Fi.
